Beds were comfortable nice having a TV in every room the little extra items she left us was a nice touch especially after a long drive. But in all honesty it's a nice place

Nothing much really just abit of spruce up some of the doors need changing maybe the bathroom needs modernising abit, and if possible the windows need changing to double glazed

Very clean apartment with all facilities

Location to Aintree race course is very good. Facilities very good. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, etc.

I sat on the settee and noticed an unpleasant smell which was coming from the settee and the curtains. They smelt as thought they had never been washed.

Sarah was easy to contact when there was an issue with the hot water. The flat is in a good, quiet location with easy access to the city centre.

No file of instructions was available for operating the hot water, nor the TVs

The property is located in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes from a railway station and the train takes only 15 minutes to the centre of Liverpool - ideal for sight-seeing. It is beautifully appointed, and very comfortable.

An instruction sheet explaining how to start the boiler for hot water, and to operate the television would have been very helpful. There is no mirror in the second bedroom, which is awkward for guests.

awkward big step up to front door if you are partially sighted

The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. Sarah even provided a heater, as well as milk, tea and coffee and chocolates. I would definitely stay again. The location was ideal, close to the city centre and really easy to get a taxi.

High step into shower

Location is as fantastic close to family, and train station. But most of all the flat was warm, and cosy. The lounge was comfortable too. The owner has left all sorts of helpful hinges like dishwashing liquid, milk on arrival, biscuits, chocolates, wine. We were thrilled. The beds were comfortable too. Thanks so much to the owner, it suited all our needs, and would definitely stay here again when visiting family. I must say too the place was immaculate, very clean with plenty of towels on offer too.

The only thing that would have made this property five star is the water pressure in the shower. Very difficult to take a normal shower to wash yourself.

cold, so cold took the best part of night and whole day for the rooms to warm enough to be just comfortable, a little heater in the lounge would have helped eliminate in the coldness of the lounge

The apartment is perfectly positioned for you to visit Liverpool. the train station is literally round the corner and takes about 15 mins . There was parking at the property which was a huge bonus. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for the four of you s to get about. The beds are really comfy too.

Place was Cosy. Deceivingly a big place. Comfortable and Conveniently located. Literally 1min walk from Orrell park station. Would definitely stay again. Very warm once you put the heating on...

Not quite didn't like. There was a confusion in the beginning where it is located. Keep in mind it's a black door not grey door.

We had a really lovely stay in this property. The apartment was extremely close to the centre, clean, comfortable and perfect for a group.

Beautiful well appointed apartment, wifi, central heating, and a lovely starter set of tea, coffee , milk, sugar , snacks and breakfast cereal. Clean and comfortable. Towels, bedding, toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid all supplied. Apartment has washing machine and hairdryer. Excellent facilities and on site private parking, 2 minutes from train station and shops. Asda one street away and only 20 minutes into Liverpool centre by car.

The family found the shower a bit temperamental but everything else was great. Instructions in what needed done before checking out might be useful.. we stripped bedding, swept floors, washed and put away dishes, emptied bins but weren't sure if anything else was needed. Had a brilliant stay.

Location was excellent. Size of apartment was very generous. Kitchen was well appointed.Chocolates were good idea.Sofa was comfortable.Car parking on site was good , in this area.

The whole apartment is in need of refurbishment and decorating-it is very tired and well used. Bedding has been washed to death, cobwebs in every room, window frames are rotting-you could see outside underneath the one in small bedroom. Bath and sink taps were all missing parts, the sinks’ plug holes had been painted with white emulsion, which was cracking. No details left re Wi-Fi codes making it necessary to contact host.
