The place was so hard to fing and it was not clear where to park

It was super close to the strip when our bedroom TV didn't work the man was quick and came right away but still next day didn't work

Parking was too far away couldn't find which door to get in air conditioner was kind of hot and the bedroom TV didn't work all the time

Location is excellent. Apartment had all space, beds and amenities promised.

Some of the areas are older and show wear / tear, but all works as expected.

The location was great and the Cosmo is attached and is a great spot.

Rooms were not ready on arrival and then we checked our bags and had to kill time since they told us it wouldn’t be until 6pm. Once we got into the room, we looked at the condition and it was obviously not cleaned well. There was food on the kitchen floor and counter, hair in the bathroom tub, and the sheets were definitely not clean or at least one of the beds that was made (numerous hairs, nasty!) We were told the unit was privately owned which I figured because of the high security deposit required and the aging conditions of the unit and contents. Two of the beds were not made and there were no sheets provided. I went down to the front desk to ask them to provide some sheets/extra towels and they sent us to the security office who we had to deal with because it being a private owned unit. We were told there that we had to contact the owner and they could not help us and at that point it was already late at night. And one person in our party ended up sleeping on a mattress with no sheets no blanket because he would refuse to sleep in the dirty bed with hairs all over it. I send a message to the unit owner and was told that somebody would get to us the next morning which never happened and was not timely. Word to the wise bring your own sheets if you stay in this unit can you may also want to bring some cleaning materials. Midway through the next day a gentleman from the management came up and gave us fresh sheets and towels but I wasn’t happy with the attitude/comments that we received from him. He did remedy the situation but starting off the trip this way in unacceptable and not what we paid good money for. Additionally if you plan on using the pool on the roof top of the Cosmo make sure you make reservations 24 hours in advance because we were not told anything about that and end up missing two days at the pool as a result. Books fast! The pool on floor two is indoors.

Very Convenient location right in the middle of the strip. The amount rooms and beds were exactly what my family and I were looking for . The kitchen and bathroom was fully equipped with the basic necessities. Dan was really nice and made sure my family and I were comfortable during our stay. We had a great stay.

This Suite has a windows that faces another hotel building.

The pool was good

No good views from the hotel room

Roomy it had like 6 beds..all comfy, it had big bottles of shampoo & conditioner.

It was a bit pricey...hard to find room.

Convenient location right between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Clean, comfortable beds and full kitchen for food prep. Convenient Uber/lyft pickup location at Cosmopolitan right next door- very short walk. (Vegas limits ride-share pickups to designated locations for safety and traffic control.)

Only one of the two bedrooms had a place to plug in phones to charge. Had to unplug a lamp in the second to have a spot. Had a slight delay waiting for keys to be made but security took us to room and let us in while we waited.
