Le personnel - ils ont tous été formidables ! Je remercie particulièrement Latifa et Ramy de la restauration, Akram et Ahmed du bar de la pisicine Chillax et Mohamed du service piscine Chillax, Mahmoud du service de chambre & Jordian et Ismaël de la réception. Ce sont ces personnes qui ont fait de notre séjour une réussite par toutes leurs attentions et leur savoir faire. Je conseille la piscine Chillax avec le bar dans l’eau, vous ne verrez pas le temps passé !

La qualité du buffet au restaurant principal. Le restaurant principal donne vraiment l’image d’une cantine scolaire, malgré un large choix, la redondance des recettes et le monde ne rend pas le moment agréable. Heureusement deux autres restaurants sont disponibles et ils sont bien meilleurs en nourriture et service.

La struttura si presenta bene. uno dei punti fondamentali è sicuramente la cordialità, la cortesia, la disponibilità e l'elevata professionalità di tutto lo staff. Qualsiasi nostra esigenza è stata prontamente evasa. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la conoscenza della lingua Italiana da parte sia di diversi addetti della Reception, sia di diversi addetti ai servizi in spiaggia/piscina che di diversi camerieri nonchè di parte dello staff di animazione. La camera assegnataci è risultata spaziosa e ben disposta come anche il bagno annesso. La struttura ha tre ristoranti di cui uno principale a buffet e uno Italiano alla carta collocati nell'edificio dove si trova la Reception ed un terzo, sempre alla carta, presente in spiaggia. Noi, per nostra scelta, abbiamo sempre usufruito del ristorante centrale tranne per un pranzo fatto nel ristorante in spiaggia. Nel ristorante centrale viene servita la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Il menù è ottimamente strutturato e magistralmente eseguito, ed è pensato, a nostro avviso, in modo da soddisfare una variegata clientela internazionale. Noi abbiamo molto apprezzato i piatti della cucina locale che non sempre e non dapertutto sono proposti. L'hotel possiede una spiaggia privata di sabbia dalla quale è facilissimo raggiungere sia il bordo della barriera per chi vuole nuotare o fare snorkeling e sia poter accedere all'acqua per un semplice bagno. Infine l'hotel è, rispetto alla città di Sharm El Sheikh, in una posizione fantastica. Al di fuori della struttura vi sono tantissimi negozi e servizi dove è possibile trovare tutto quello che serve e, comunque, in cinque minuti di taxi si può andare sia ad Old Sharm che a Naama Bay. Infine all'interno della struttura vi è presente il diving Aqua Fun gestito da un gruppo di professionisti di eccellenza. Noi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza passata e speriamo di poter ritornarci presto.

Ovviamente anche in una struttura ottima vi possono essere delle imprecisioni. Noi suggeriamo di investire in ombrelloni e lettini per gli ospiti sia della spiaggia che della zona piscine in quanto non sempre ne abbiamo trovato di liberi.

The staff were amazing especially the front desk manager Jordian. He was so welcoming, nice and so helpful. Also the housekeeper Amr was so good and the room’s scent was super good.

The bathroom tub was so old and shaky

La localisation avec un accès direct au récif corallien, la diversité des plats proposés, le sourire du personnel, la gentillesse et la créativité de Hossam, le responsable du nettoyage des chambres. Chaque jour, il créait un objet ou un animal avec les serviettes de bain... une vraie âme d'artiste.

La musique toute la journée, avec des enceintes à volume élevé depuis la piscine. Cela en devenait pénible. Et l'absence de vrai café expresso ou italien.

Il resort è bellissimo... posizione ottima, molto vicino a old market, farsha caffè, naama bay ecc. Si mangia molto bene, i dolci sono superlativi, deliziosi!!! Anche i ragazzi che ti portano da bere o ti sparecchiano il tavolo sono sempre attenti e disponibili! Per scendere in spiaggia ci sono scale o la funivia, Barriera corallina stupenda. Le piscine sono bellissime, sia quelle con acqua salata che quelle con acqua dolce. Grazie anche a Mohamed.

Great resort we had wonderful time … many pools to have fun time … the room is spacious with cool sea view and the beds are super comfortable … professional welcoming staff all over the resort … amazing food made by talented chefs .,,, thank you .

Magdy, who was in charge of cleaning, was super kind and cleaned really well. Snorkel in the hotel beach was incredible. It was really calmed and we could rest super well. Everyone was super kind.

Food could improve a little (although it was good already!!). Taxi company that works there wasn't good. We didn't feel like well treated and also they left us in the wrong terminal without even asking which was the right one (driver didn't know a word of english -not even 'ok'- and we didn't know Sharm el Sheij's airport had 2 terminals).

My nephew Mina Ibrahim was satisfied with the Guest relationship manager Jordian Joseph for his welcoming, helping, and understanding. I was very appreciated the honeymoon decorations and the complimentary cake at the room.

It was nothing that my nephew Mina Ibrahim didn't like at the resort.

We highly recommend the hotel. Everything was excellent. We spent 4 incredible nights. All the staff was very attentive starting with the reception, the restaurant team, the room service (a big thank to Mr. Majdi for his decorations that change every day), the animation team, the swimming pool and also to Mr. Karim responsible for the funicular.

Very friendly staff. I would especially like to thank the reception staff, Munir from housekeeping and Ahmed Salah from poolside for their hospitality. Snorkelling experience was amazing as was the view from our delux room. The food was lovely!

House key failed to work on two occasions. Evening entertainment is not great.

beautiful garden, ideal location, great service, good wifi (wifi is not available everywhere but we had internet in our room, at the reception and by the pool), amazing coral reef, thank you for the free room upgrade and free late check out. Food was really good, great soups, I am sure you can find something for yourself, if you feel otherwise then you have never been to Egypt before, we stayed in other hotels (similar price) and the food was absolutely disgusting. This is not a 5* hotel, you don't pay 1000$ a night, if you are expecting a high food experience go to Four Seasons. overall great value for money

All in cocktails, warm bottled beer (tap beer was cold), dirty pools, music by the pool was definitely too loud but you can use the other pool next to the reception. Italian restaurant... BIG MISTAKE, food was obviously not Italian, really low quality, dessert really bad, I ordered a calzone and I received a pizza, the waiter was 100% sure that this is a calzone... this should be a restaurant with local cuisine, i am sure guest would love that, creating a fake Italian restaurant is not beneficial. Pigeons in the restaurant... I don't know where to start, pigeons on the bread, pigeons eating cereals, pigeons under the tables, pigeons everywhere. It is a shame because the restaurant and service were great, ZERO effort from the management, pigeons are just part of this place and no one cares...

The Good service from staff and waiters, clean rooms, super pool areas and beaches with possibility to dive and snorkel at the reef. The restaurant by the pool was also amazing !

all great , clean , big and comfortable rooms, huge bad ! the food overall very good.and tasty. great beach for snorkeling. beautiful gardens. wifi surprisingly worked very well all over the hotel

not to much variety of food, and the food in the Italian and the fish restaurant was not a big deal.
