Little over priced- not much a view - hot tub was a fill yourself- would of been nice to arrive a hot tub filled will bubbles and a bottle of bubbles included in the price would have been nice.

Staff were not around a lot and not super friendly. Heat pump didn’t work well so room was a bit cold.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the complimentary pantry was good. Really appreciated real milk in the fridge. The shampoo and conditioner and shower gel was exceptional.
The toilet doesn't flush very well, but that's not a complaint. It's just how it is. There is nothing negative to say, the hotel and staff are brilliant.

Easy check in. Friendly reception staff. Attentive housekeeping staff. They left Easter bunnies in the kitchen area, such nice detail!
The room was bigger than I excepted, very spacious; is more like a full apartment, With a full kitchen & dinning area, lounge, desk, bedroom and bathroom. You also have full laundry facilities in the room. Great water pressure, very clean facilities.
Soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid, and laundry powder all provided in the room.

Right from the moment we arrived I could tell this was going to be a nice place to stay . The woman who greeted us was lovely and the whole place was very clean . Is centrally located and has great weekend parking right outside the front door . Bed was super comfortable and the staff who serviced the room do an excellent job and were good at leaving extra towels . The chocolate Easter Bunny’s were a lovely touch.

Loud gurgling noise from heat pump in bedroom 24/7 had to get ear plugs to sleep or have heat pump running all the time to stop noise.

The staff are absolutely fantastic people from checking in to the house cleaning staff.
Everyone has a great and welcoming personality and appear happy to be working there.
We’ve stayed all over the country in many hotels and this is one of the best.

There was an issue with the heat pump on our first night - I felt that i was 'scolded' for cranking it up and fobbed off as to why it was not working - ie it was my fault. The lady was quite abrupt and scolded me like a naughty schoolgirl! Clearly there was an issue as the next day i got a call to seek permission to enter my room as there was an issue with the heat pumps. We were given a heater by the gentleman on the reception on the second night as he indicated they were still working on the issue- this was greatly appreciated.

Toilet requires a stronger flush. TV screen was half clear and other half one colour tone. Always need to be alert with car parking.
