Location! Close to the bus stop,2 min walk.
Easy and very cheap to get to the airport and to the city centre.
The host was really nice and helpful.
We found some milk, coffee tea and some tasty treats in the kitchen.
Check in instructions was clear.

The position of the accommodation was ideal for access to the main centre of Liverpool with a bus route close by and local shops and takeaways were very close to the apartment. There is also a lovely park close by. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds.
The apartment was undergoing work at the time we stayed and the building was covered in scaffold and the apartment itself was on the top floor so not ideal for anybody who struggles as it was three flights of stairs with no lift.

It was very inexpensive, and the shops and restaurants along nearby Lark Lane were very cool.
It was a shabby and depressing, and smelled musty. The neighborhood was riddled with abandoned homes. The cable TV sucked.

Clean bedding, great location, free parking, felt safe, was warm, tidy, great sized flat = lots of space.
Dirty kitchen utensils, dirty plate in dishwasher, unstable shower head, not enough kitchen utensils or pans, dirty kitchen cupboards and cutlery tray, dirty windows on inside (cobwebs/dust), uncomfortable couches, dirty baseboards, only 3 dining chairs, super wobbly dining table, no cleaning equipment (sprays etc). We managed because our 3 children are small, but there were only 2 beds which meant our children all shared a bed - maybe update the listing to just allow 4 people to stay? (The sofa bed in the lounge would be WAY too uncomfortable to sleep on - springs and cloth). This flat could be absolutely brilliant but a few bits just let it down - it's just not comfortable enough to stay longer than a night or two.

Very comfy beds, freshly decorated to a good standard. Great location. Bedding and towels freshly laundered.
Afraid the oven was a no go area. Health hazard. Though i only booked for 3 persons, one being a 2 year old, It would be nice to have 4 chairs and enough cutlery for 4.
Really nice apartment but i didnt think or realise that it was effectively an attic conversion with 4 flights of stairs and low ceiling areas. ( i am 6 feet 2 Tall.)

Communication was excellent, we’d booked at 11.30 and checked in that afternoon. It had a great location near St Michael’s station, Lark Lane, Sefton Park, Princes Park and various shops. We stayed with a baby and a toddler. There was the use of a high chair and a cot if needed. Plenty of space to play and a secret cupboard to hide in. Beds were comfy. Heating was very easy to use. Very quiet location. Off road parking. Would stay again.
