Room food services are very affordable and taste is okay.
Room is very different compared to the marketing photos.
My first room has a broken toilet that I cannot sit on, staff changed the room for me.
Room has a bad smell, and has a variety of bugs, even more if you bring food in.
Aircon is right above the head of the bed and is very noisy. I have to turn it off while sleeping. What's worse, the aircon dropped quite a lot black things like a small ball when I'm outside. Luckily didn't happen when I was sleeping.

The room is messy, facilities are broken, linens are a bit dirty that we have to continue spraying disenfectants. Cr door doesnt closed. Toilet is clogged.

Receptionist and staffs are good but room was not good it's look like old wanted house,no socket to recharge your mobile,you need to call them more times to bring extension wire.

Staffs are great. We really like the interior of the room. The mirrors on the ceiling are nice. The AC functioned well too.
Many small cockroaches all over the room especially in the bathroom. This hotel is a great one, just do something with the insects. :)
