The location is exceptional, the house clean and comfortable, and the considerate hosts left some small kitchen supplies (eg, cling wrap, Vegemite sachets, ground coffee) which meant we didn't have to "overstock" at the local IGA shop for our stay. A truly great place to stay!

Beautiful house which was immaculate. Close to beach and quiet spot
Nothing to dislike, pity it rained the whole time we were there. No under cover shelter on decking area as awning not working. Probably more of a problem on hot sunny days

Awesome views across Coles Bay to The Hazards. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Enjoyed using the kayaks- was so much fun, although a bit cold.

the view from this apt is amazing! managed to see the sunrise right at the balcony. at night, there were so many stars, and we saw the Milky Way! Almost no light pollution. very quiet location, good for resting and chill. loved the Smart TV too!
there is only 1 heater in the living room and it’s quite noisy when operating. no heating in all other rooms, which can make it quite cold. the electric mattress does help though. Used the fireplace to warm up.

Beautifully appointed house, great views, absolutely loved the fireplace.
Would have liked a King sized bed in the Master, but we were aware it was Queen sized when booking. Just a personal preference with my very tall husband.

Fantastic views, comfy beds, helpful host and a super well-equipped kitchen. Property came with a fireplace, which was what we were looking for. An outstanding property and we will definitely be back if we visit Tasmania again.

The location was beautiful and close to cafes, with a comfortable drive to Coles Bay to explore the East Coast. Jill & Lyndon have fitted out the home with absolutely everything one could possibly need.

The house was very well appointed and very clean. The beach was at the end of the backyard and there are views over to Freycinet national Park. Very picturesque.
Another bathroom would be good in the house. There are two toilets though.

Great location with the beach on our doorstep. Owners thought of everything. Very relaxing and short drives to other beaches and attractions along the east coast. Loved nearby Spiky and Cressy beaches.

Didn't overly like Swansea. No cafes open on the Sunday, beaches not very nice.
