location; in the centre of historical sights, close to the bus and metro stations, it is a lively area. The room was warm all the time, the bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean.

There was water leakage in the bathroom, the sink wasn't installed properly. I think toilent detergents must be used to maintain a good smell. The shower handel needed to be fixed.

My room was beautiful and huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and hotel staff were excellent.

It was a distance to some attractions.

Perfect location close to all tourist attractions including Grand Bazaar mall, blue mosque and the beautiful sultanahmed area . Food is excellent especially breakfast so yummy, and ofcourse the hotel staff the whole team are excellent very helpful all the time. I will definitely stay again 💯 👍🏻😎

Nothing, The area abit noisy but the hotel price is a good value for money, very central area of istanbul so not much to complain about to be honest 😀 😉 👍🏻

I paid in cash at the time of arrival, but the hotel tried to charge my bankcard for the second time a couple of days after my stay

I would totally recommend this hotel, good value for price, plus free breakfast buffet, all the staff is so friendly and helpful, they facilitated us with everything we needed, rooms were cleaned daily. They also had a weighing scale which helped us to not go over our luggage weight. The tour desk was very helpful too and recommended us tours. Provided room service and close to the town centre easy to get to places by walking. Had an amazing time.
