Top Appartement mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt!

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Appartement mit toller Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Apartment ist wirklich bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich nur vorstellen kann: top Küchenausstattung, reichlich Handtücher, Papiertücherboxen, Kuscheldecke für gemütliches Sitzen am Balkon, Raumspray, ...... Dinge, die man eigentlich nicht unbedingt erwartet, die den Aufenthalt aber so richtig gemütlich machen. Man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause! Großes Plus ist auch die unmittelbare Nähe zur U-Bahn bzw. Straßenbahn (sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür) - man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt!! Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll auch der ausgesprochen freundliche Empfang durch Herrn Dr. Seywald!

Die Lage des Gebäudes ist nicht unbedingt die attraktivste von Wien. Viel Verkehr (auch in der Nacht), den man allerdings bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hört, bei offenem Fenster bzw. am Balkon schon. Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Schade, dass man von der gemütlichen Couch aus keinen Blick auf den Fernseher hat. Aber sonst alles wirklich bestens!!

Wonderful view

Wonderful view. Very polite and helpful administrator. Welcome, drink. ;) kitchen, bath gas, everything. TV with Netflix and YouTube. U Bahn, tram, westbahnhof (transfer to airport) all around. Market 1 min walk.

As the sun appears in the morning, it becomes more stifling.

Advance technologies used at the apartment. Availability of kitchen utensils. Cleaning products. Wifi Tv Size of the room. The room guide book. Security. Welcoming from the owner. View

If there was a option to install hose water at toilet it would be more convenient. I notice there no draining hole in bathroom, when we try to clean it. There's no bottled still water only sprinkled. We bought for ourselves but it would be nice just to have at least one already.

Although the apartment is a 40 minute stroll to the centre of Vienna, the tram stop and train station are 2 minutes away

Air conditioning not working in the apartment and poor response from owner.

The apartment is roomy and well equipped.

The air conditioning was not working. The owner did not inform us that the air conditioning was not working and he made excuses to get it fixed. Only 1 AC was working during our 3 night stay. The location is not good at all with lot of homeless people around and it seems unsafe. Very poor response from the owner even after calling him several times every day. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

was hard night

The property took it because it has air conditioning. However, the owner of the facility shut it down on purpose . I tried to communicate him but not answering till morning time around 8:30 am. We spent the whole night on a small fan, me and my family. I am really upset about his behavior why he cut it from electricity box and guided me only two hours before I checked out

AC was not available to my family whole night.in addition to that the property was not fit for six people.

Our stay at Skyflats Apartments was above our expectations. From the gorgeous view over the city, the close proximity to a U-bahn station, good soundproofing against the ringstrasse traffic, to the care and attention of the host made this our most pleasant visit to Vienna so far.

Modern air conditioned apartment with a fantastic view!

Modern air conditioned apartment with a fantastic view. Comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. It has a toilet and sink room separate from a bathing area which was helpful for our group of 3. Powered shades, sliding doors, and drapes allowed couch area to feel like a second bedroom. The host was super nice and allowed us to check in to the apartment in the morning. The U6 and S2 Tram are right across the street, which made it easy to get to District 1 for historical sites, and catch train for day trips out of the city.

Overall our stay was wonderful!

Location is very convenient in terms of transport to city centre - bot the tram and subway stations are couple minutes outside the building. The apartment itself is great for 4-5 people, it has everything you need plus a sauna :))) The view from the apartment is spectacular!

Fancy stay on top of the city

Everything was Perfect! Starting from pre-stay questions concerning key pick-up to warm greeting at arrival - we were impressed. This apartment is so beautiful it´s breathtaking. We enjoyd it fully, the fancy sauna, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with espresso machine etc. There is nothing we could have asked more. Location is super good too, easy walk to city center or a short tram ride. LOVE IT!
