The staff were very nice and the lobby/hotel facilities were also well renovated (though the rooms could have used some updating).

The room felt smaller than it looked in the photos. For the price, I felt that the rooms should have been nicer. The breakfast was okay but not the best hotel breakfast I have had.

Location is great, food was good and views from window were good and easy to reach intramuros area by walking.

Rooms are small, noise can be heard from other rooms and from corridor every time housekeeping is done. Expensive for the service provided.

Très bien situé pour visiter le quartier historique Intramuros, cet hôtel propose des chambres confortables. La nôtre était très lumineuse, avec vue plongeante sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner est servi au dernier étage, permettant de profiter d'un buffet de bonne qualité avec vue sur Manille. Ne manquez pas le rooftop, gros point fort de l'hôtel, pour boire un cocktail et/ou manger au Skydeck avec vue sur la ville à 360 degrés et un coucher de soleil mémorable ! Quant au personnel, il est très serviable et souriant.

La moquette dans les couloirs fait vieillotte, alors que tout le reste de l'hôtel est moderne.

The best hotel with decent price in the Intramuros area. The rooms were decent, the staff was nice, and the food was fine.

The breakfast could have had more varieties of food. The hot water was not very hot.

Perfectamente ubicado para pasear por Intramuros. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas geniales y el desayuno está muy bien. No cometas el error de reservar una habitación sin ventana y todo irá bien. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Además no está demasiado lejos del aeropuerto.

No tiene psicina, pero ya lo sabíamos.

お湯がぬるくて寒かった。 窓なしの部屋なのでいつも暗かった。

朝食は品が多くあり、毎日変化するのが嬉しかった。5泊しても飽きない。もちろん、味もいい。屋上からの眺めは素晴らしい。そこで、夕方、美味しい食事もできる（ワインもそろっていた）。部屋からの眺めもよかった。ゴルフコースのグリーンや城壁跡の景色、そして朝焼けがきれいだった。ほとんどの観光ポイントは、イントラムロスにあるので、散策するのに最高の場所。また、鉄道の駅（セントラル）も慣れれば近いので、遠出するにも便利な場所。ドアマンも親切にアドバイスしてくれた。
