كنت دائما فندقي المفضل لما اجي للدوحه ولاكن لاخر خليتوني اشوفكم من اسوء الفنادق

Breakfast was superb, also they had this children’s play area, so it was a great way to keep kids occupied instead of them running around the restaurant. Amazing breakfast once again.

It’s a beautiful hotel and all the staff were really warm and welcoming. Their breakfast tasted so good.

Only take out would be that they do not have a wide variety of food and they didn’t have families with kids on their minds when they were constructing those bath tubs cos they are pretty dangerous for kiddos

The only thing good about the facility is the location.

Very dirty, the staff are not well-trained to handle many customers at the same time. I reserved a suite but unfortunately the room was very dirty. I asked them to change the room but they didn’t find a suite. I was supposed to check in at 4 PM but due to unavailability I checked in at 10 PM. Again the new suite wasn’t clean nor the AC working. I asked the hotel to connect me with the general manager and left my phone number but no one called. I have been to many hotels (from 3 to 5 stars) and my rating to this hotel is below 4 stars. Also, go and check google reviews so that you know these problems have existed without any resolution for the past three months.

The room should be cleaned properly if you have asked to clean it. The staff are good but need a a bit push to vaccum n clean the toilets properly

The bathroom was very spacious and a soft bed. Perfect for relaxation during 13h of transit time. Nice food places around the corner.
