Very comfortable, gorgeous garden,  lovely bathroom and bath! Great honesty bar. We were in Holly room.

Even though the staff are lovely and friendly, the cooked breakfast didn’t quite match the other features of the stay. The continental was lovely but the sausages were not the best quality.

I thought it was exceptional value for money. Everything was very high quality with little extra touches. Very good breakfast. Room very pretty and bed comfortable. Loved the complimentary wine Immaculate Gardens.

Not about not liking but just to be aware. Plan ahead for meals out. There is nowhere you can easily walk to and places get very busy.

Breakfast was good would not expect less . Location was very quite and peaceful

Lack of personal contact outside 6 pm What happens if you loose your key ? What happens if you don’t get the e mail 2 days before arrival or your travelling in areas with no reception etc no anti slip mats in the shower and bathroom floor.

The welcome was very warm & friendly from Rosie. Our rooms Mistletoe & Ivy were just lovely. Gorgeous decor, comfy beds, fab bathrooms & showers, great welcome trays too. Delicious breakfast. Everything throughout was of a high spec/quality. Would stay again & definitely will be recommending. Thank you :)

Beautiful garden to sit in, and a lounge Friendly staff good service. For us there was an EV charger perfect for us as we have an electric car.

The only thing I could fault the bathroom was small, but it had everything you need and was clean

Beautiful B&B, lovely hosts, and excellent rooms! The shepherds hut was excellent - I couldn’t fault our stay. We had a fabulous time and they staff were so lovely, friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfy too. Thank you Holly Lodge for a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. Good location for exploring the north coast of Norfolk.

A beautiful little gem tucked away in the small village of Thursford, Norfolk. We stayed in a 'Colonial Cottage', which was exquisite. My wife is a celiac. and they catered for her beyond our expectations. Natalie's demeanour was second to none. Polite and professional with a sprinkle of friendlies. A 15-minute drive to Wells-Next to the Sea, and 25 minutes to Cromwell. Highly recommend the 'Holly Lodge Boutique' for that quaint little getaway. We shall return. 😊

It was beautiful. Room was absolutely gorgeous and decorated to the highest quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only criticism was the tea. There was alot of organic or flavoured tea but nothing normal eg. Yorkshire tea or pg.

location was perfect for our trip,staff were very welcoming and the accommodation was comfortable and charming. they had provided extra touches and met my specific allergy needs both in the accommodation and at breakfast without any problems which made our stay effortless.
