View (potentially), beach access, walkable restaurants wonderful; many things not. Dishwasher, a listed amenity, broken/dirty. At least two GFCI electrical outlets non-functional, a safety hazard. Host notified on day 2 but nothing done. While view was nice, since the building was being repaired, view included workmen dangling from ropes and making the balcony inaccessible and dirty with stucco/cement. We were not notified of this beforehand, but learned upon arrival to stay off balcony even though the work had to have been scheduled much earlier. Also, long periods of scraping/pounding. Listing stated that pool was under repair but no prior notice that life in the building itself was to be so disrupted. Apartment not fully cleaned or in good repair: Kitchen countertop greasy and sink dirty. Mattresses stained; closet mirror had long crack held by scotch tape; TV (broken or new?) sitting on floor. Chair with broken leg (reported by others) still there. 5 adults in our party; only 3 coffee cups, one cracked. Several marks on walls needing cleaning/repainting. Dryer lint trap not cleaned, fire hazard. Much of furniture quite beaten up with holes, scrapes, and marks. Instead of treating family to a glorious holiday in Puerto Rico, I had to apologize for the unacceptable state of the apartment and accompanying inconveniences. The listing was highly misleading, not meeting any reasonable VRBO standard. We will be reaching out for compensation.

This place was super cute for our get away. The check in was super easy , we had passes to vivo beach club, the beach entrance was right in the back, the beach was beautiful, the neighborhood has a bunch of food spots and convenient stores (love this area isla verde) The only thing i will point out was, when we first got there there was a chair that was broken at the table and one of our girls fell and almost hit her chin on the beautiful glass table . On the first night some of the panels from the one of the beds caved in . It seemed like it might had been a problem before since they had a cement cylinder underneath almost promping the bed. Luckily the person didnt mind stay on the couch for the rest of the stay . One of the mornings we woke up with water in the hall way. We werent sure were it came from but there was alot to of it. We cleaned it up and it didnt happen again Other than those 3 things the stay was great and she wrote down a ton of places for us to visit which was a huge plus!! The whole building itself was clean and nicely kept up. Definitely recommend the stay if they update those few things !!!

The whole building smells The bed is broken The kitchen cabinet doors are falling apart. Paints are coming off the doors. The couch has a hole with the sharp nail in it The bedding are disgusting. The 4th day we stayed the power went out We don't have power for more than 8 hours Until 9 pm the handy man is still replacing the entire breaker. It was a disaster!!

The beginning was just a little unexpected, but the Manager Val made sure all was taken care of. The manager and Owner went way and above to make our stay Lovey!! ♥️ Will come back if we can!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The apartment was the perfect location to everything. It was 5 minutes from the airport, has direct beach access, complimentary access to the Vivi Beach club and a short drive to Old San Juan and other nearby beaches. The grocery store was 1 minute away, Walgreens we could walk to, and there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean, had complimentary beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, water noodles and other goodies for us to use. Communication with the owner and property manager was great. Annie was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. This was the PERFECT location to please everyone in our group. Thanks for letting us stay.

The condo was so beautiful! Easy access to the beach. The pool was under construction so the owner was gracious and gave us her beach club pass which was 5 minutes away. It was very beautiful. My only conplaint was with the building. We called because the garbage disposal was broken and they said they would send someone to fix it ,but they didn't. The filter In the frig needed changed very badly, the water was tap water. All 3 boogie boards in the condo were broken so bring your own. She did provide beach towels which we did very much appreciate. All in all we had a great experience.

Great property! Right on the beach with a great view from the balcony! Our family had a great time at this apartment. Restaurants are walking distance, beach is steps away, short drive to old San Juan. We will definitely come again!

My family and I had such a wonderful time that we want to go back. The apt was clean and spacious enough for all 5 of us. It was close to everything. We loved the views and the private beach access was amazing. I really liked how safe it felt and that everyone was so super helpful and kind. I recommend this apt for families, couples and anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Puerto Rico

This condo is located in a beautiful location, right on the beach. The unit does need a deep clean, there was blonde hairs and sand still in the unit upon check in, which I had to use the broom and dust pan for. Some of the seating in the unit had stains. The Wi-Fi does not extend throughout the entire unit, as the listing suggests. Only one bathroom had hot water, which was not ideal for multiple guests. One of the dining room chairs was broken in the kitchen, which was a safety hazard. I notified the property manager of the lack of hot water, and the lack of Wi-Fi throughout the unit and got no response or acknowledgment of my text. My concerns went unaddressed, even though these are amenities that I paid for. The lack of response was extremely unprofessional.

This is a great location. Walking distance to grocery cvs and right on the beach. Plenty of space for 8 Beach is a little small but easy to walk to other locations. Sad that the pool isn’t fixed yet but didn’t need it with the beach Vivo beach club is not walkable so will need a car or Uber to utilize this resource it is busy- cruise ships do day excursions to it but getting there at opening assures you a chair Great place 👍🏖️🇵🇷

Good experience

Condo is exactly as described. I loved the “direct” oceanfront balcony it was so much more private than the other units in building. Condo was large for the 3 of us and could comfortably sleep double. Beach access is directly below condo Beach is walkable, chairs available to rent and a couple of vendors offering drinks. Sandra’s empanadas are a must try! We went to Vivo beach club once -a nice added touch since the building pool is not functional. The location is excellent walkable grocery, drugstores restaurants and right next to the famous Fairmont San Juan. We would love to return for an extended time!

Overall it was a nice stay, we ran into a bit of an issue with water leaking from the AC unit day 1 but it was fixed ASAP. Communication was great, Val was always very responsive. The beach club was great, wish this experience could have been at the vrbo but we understood they are remodeling and had a blast anyway. Just a few steps to the beach was a huge bonus!

This was a beautiful property right on the beach. Although many of the amenities for the hotel itself were not available we still had a great time. Issues that arose were handled by the property manager with quick communication.

My friends and I came for a Wedding in Puerto Rico and it was right inside the San Juan Hotel, from our VRBO place we could literally walk in and out the spot to get to the venue. Come change in between, It was perfect, apartment was clean, missing nothing. Quite calm, I couldn’t even hear my friends from the other rooms, nice view with ocean waves on the morning. Easy check in and check out, parking included. Couldn’t pick a better place. Thank you so much !!

Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to the building losing power and then no water due to Hurricane Fiona. Anne was understanding of the situation and worked with me which is appreciated. We did get to enjoy a few days on the property. The beach and view is great. The apartment is nice and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately none of the amenities were available which we knew about the restaurant, bar and pool being closed, but also the game room was closed as well which was unfortunate especially during rainy days. Also the property staff locked the beach gate when the weather was still beautiful out and people were on the beach. We were still able to get on the beach but had to go around the block to the public entrance. We actually got to swim with manatees like 20 feet from us which was an awesome experience! The staff is so nice and helpful. There are nice places to eat and drink nearby. We rented a small SUV and fit just fine in the parking garage. I would say a Tahoe or xl SUV would be a bad idea. I would love to return to this location again just definitely not hurricane season. 😊 Just a small suggestion, In the apartment there should be flashlights, batteries, candles to prepare for a power outage.

There was a little miscommunication because the property name is listed under one name and managed by another. There was no much amenities to brag about because nothing on the property is open and the back access is only open from 7a-7p which I find kind of annoying because the sun sets at that time. The inside is spacious and the best thing about this place is the view and the beach supply that they left. However, the dryer filter is broken and a log of my clothes and my guest clothes were damaged and had to throw away a lot of clothes. There is a weird old smell in the hallway as you walk to the unit, and the parking garage is so tight btw. If it wasn’t for the last thing that occurred right after checkout I would have recommended it but they way the “manager” handles business, I don’t like it. *quick story* I had been in communication with Val the entire time I was on the property, even right as I was leaving I called her to clairify something. Before I left I took one last sweep to make sure everything was in tact, nothing broken, nothing dirty, nothing out of place. Hours after leaving I get a long text message stating that I am responsible for a broken mirror in the second bedroom and they sent pictures, I know that there was nothing broken on the property or else I would have called and inform her of the incident. I believe that they were being dishonest and used pictures of an old incident and screenshot it on the iPhone and edited it to make a new time stamp. And trying to say that they are going to charge me my deposit. So if you are going to proceed with this rental please take pictures before and AFTER of everything before and after!!!! Too many people scamming these days! I loved the view but if I visit PR again I’ll be getting a hotel with a view instead!

This was such a fabulous place to stay! The condo was spacious and very comfortable. It is an older building but the owners have done some recent updates inside the unit. We appreciated the beach items (chairs, noodles and snorkel set) in the master bedroom closet. We had a designated parking spot in the parking garage. Note, the spaces in the garage were quite tight and the garage height seemed low. So thankful we had rented a car and not a standard truck. All of us doubted if a truck would have fit. There were 5 of us in our family. Also, there was a twin bed in addition to the king bed in the master bedroom. We went to the Vivo Beach Club one day w the condo’s pass. Fabulous place w attentive service. Highly recommend this unit!

Overall we had a great time! Wonderful location with lots to do. Unfortunately the pool and the bar in the lobby were both closed. Our host Anne is great and always available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Marisa

Our family has been visiting Isla Verde since 2017 and absolutely love it. This was the first time we stayed at this property and it was perfect. The condo has everything you need from shampoo to beach chairs. The view is amazing! We can not wait to book another vacation and stay here.

The condo is really nice and in a great location. The view is absolutely amazing! The beach access is very secure and convenient. All of the amenities except the pool are open. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Our family greatly enjoyed the condo. It was as described and located beachfront at Isla Verde. The property owner was wonderful to deal with and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the membership provided to the Vivo Beach Club and the great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Plenty of room, clean, wonderful view, quick response when A/c froze. Heard the hotel was sold. Amenities nonexistent- all closed. Shame-it’s a great location Puerto Ricans are so warm and met some really nice people.

we had a great time staying at this property. I would recommend it because of the location. the only downside was the pool was closed for renovation and we did not know that until a few weeks before we arrived. Annie did give us access to the Vivo Beach Club but we never made it there and stayed on the beach the whole time.

I have stayed in several condos and rented many places on family vacation but this is by far has been one of the best experiences. The owner of the condo has thought of every single detail that one might need. The parking is extremely convenient if you have your own vehicle or a rental. It is a perfect short walk to the beach with absolutely no hassle. The view allows sunrise and sunset and is just perfect

This condo is extremely spacious, very clean and with beautiful views of the ocean. It was also only steps away from the beach. Just perfect. Although the pool was under construction, Annie provided us with her membership at the beach club which was amazing and a 15 minute uber ride/drive away. There was an island power outage form 2 days while we were visiting . Annie provided us with a discount and stayed in contact with us throughout to ensure we had lamps etc for night time. I would highly recommend this condo. Puerto Rico is amazing and the people are so friendly. 5 Stars all round. Sinead and gang from Ireland.
