About location : residential area, 15/20mn easy walk to downtown. Felt safe. Supermarket nearby. About the place : very clean. Great to have a shared kitchen. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water. About the host : very friendly and accommodating, such a great person.

Curtains aren't light blocking ones. Pillows could be a bit better. A shared living room to eat/watch tv would be awesome - but unsure that's even possible. Not much that we didn't like honestly. This is a great place to stay.

Convenient bus stop right side .walking distance to city handy little kitchen with tea and coffee.

I had to clean the toilet it did not look like it had been done sinse the last person.I knew the toilet wasn't in the room but it was across the landing and had no lock on the door, the mattress did not fit the bed base and the towels, sink and shower not clean and shower leaked onto the mat outside the cubical,

Quiet private room with ensuite shower. Close to public transport to get into city centre. Good value for money and friendly host. Access to kitchen and ironing board. No curfew

Toliet separate to shower, no way to lock. Mattress a bit lumpy ( cheap divan one) could be upgraded slightly. Curtains a bit too light in colour let sun in v early, would be, better with darker ones or black out blinds.

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were appropriate and really complete. I stayed for 10 days for work and will stay for another 13 days. Location is awesome, near buses and Heaton Park which is wonderful for walking and spending some time in nature. There are shops and supermarkets all around the area. Andrew is a wonderful host, always helpful and working hard every day to keep all tidy and in order. Highly recommended!!!

I can only recommend this place! Very tidy, very clean, very friendly. You reach city centre with uncountable restaurants, pubs and bars, or alternatively the quay side, on foot in 20 minutes, by bus in 7 minutes (bus stop directly at accommodation!) or taxi (£8).

It was a homely experience. The hosts were really nice to us. Everything was nice and clean. The place is pretty close to the city center but also a very quiet place. Groceries and other shopping locations were nearby. A kitchen is available if you want to cook. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I honestly cannot find anything negative to mention regarding this place.

Great value for money, clean, safe and warm! Andrew met me and showed me around, he was super friendly and helpful ! Good location not far from chilli road and the metro.

the facilities were great, I had my own bathroom and toilet, sharing the kitchen was fine and I had my own cupboard and fridge space. free on street parking outside. all shower toiletries were provided

it could have been a lot cleaner, I found a lot of hairs on my bed and in the sink / bathroom when I arrived. the bed wasn’t the comfiest.
