Very friendly hosts. Great room with a comfy bed and good shower. Nice breakfast cooked by Rodrigo. We were allowed to leave our luggage there when we were away walking in Torres del Paine. One morning we had to leave at 6:30am and Rodrigo had breakfast ready for us at 5:45am and even organised the taxi for us! Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful, exceptionally friendly guest house run by the very chatty Rodrigo, who speaks excellent English. I loved staying here as it felt like staying at home. There is a glorious lounge upstairs with sofas, writing table and lovely views to the fjord through a bay window which catches the sun, and another downstairs. I particularly appreciated being able to make tea or coffee in the kitchen whenever I wished, and being able to treat the place as if it were my own. It is a stone’s throw from numerous restaurants and the main shopping area so easy to find somewhere to eat in the evening, and yet on a quiet street. When I needed anything, eg a taxi to the bus station, Rodrigo sprung into action and sorted it out. And he kept my bags safe whilst I trekked the W. I highly recommend Keoken.

It was perfect.

Sweet owner who likes to have a chat. The rooms are good and clean, with a lovely shower. The location is also good and you can easily park your car in the street. And you can have an early breakfast, before you leave early to the national park.

We hiked the W Trail at Torres del Paine in late February and stayed at Keoken Patagonia B&B before and after the hike. I can't imagine finding a better B&B in Puerto Natales. Rodrigo, the host, was amazing and took great care of our party of 6. He is friendly, knowledgable, helpful and speaks very good English. The B&B was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It is located a couple blocks from the water, very good restaurants are only a few minute walk away and downtown is about 10 minutes. Rodrigo took care of our extra luggage while we hiked for 4 days and was a welcoming sight on our return. I have stayed at many B&Bs and this was the perfect place to bookend our trip into Torres del Paine.

Everything was great

Owner was very friendly and helpful in suggesting hikes and sights in Torres del Paine Park for each day of our stay. Hotel was well located within walkable core of town with easy access to restaurants and waterfront. Common living area had great view.

Puerta Natales is approximately a 2 hour drive from major sites in Torres del Paine park. Otherwise town is fun and Keoken is a great place to stay.

Rodrigo was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent easily walkable to the shore and Puerto Natales interesting streets. Our tour to Torres del Paine picked us up from Keoken. We were able to leave our luggage in Keoken on the last day while we explored the town a bit more. Breakfast was very good.

Shower was a bit snug for the fuller-bodied person
