The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Water for bathing / shower was not hot. Management stated there was an issue with the hot water.

The property is immaculate and very clean, there’s have good security everywhere which is very good for us. Bed is very comfortable with city view
The room is too cold with full air conditioning on even tho we have adjusted the room temperature but still very cold. The facilities such as sugar, coffee sachets is not enough, no milk and no tea bag sachet in the room, we hoping the management property at the hotel considering to put good quality coffee and tea bag in the room hotel. We stayed for two nights, first day we have hot water in the bathroom but the second days no hot water in the bathroom. We tried to figure out maybe the housekeeping turn off the hit after cleaning still can’t find out how to turn on the hot water system. So I have showered with cold water.

Property is good,clean and location is very accessible near Mall and many restaurants in the area
My wife reported to fix the water heater not working upon arrival but until the check out time no body came from the Hotel Maintenance very disappointing as we have 2 years old daughter as she is complaining the water is very cold and she dont want to take a bath.

Everything was more than perfect!!! People,atmosphere, location, breakfast, my room generally.
Plus i had an opportunity to storage my luggage for a week there, and it was very useful option too.
I stayed there twice, and both rooms were clean and spacious

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Room looked very nice. Shower was very nice. View to the pool is was great. drinks at pool were reasonably priced and great service. Check out was easy Andrew and all other staff were very helpful.

The biggest asset of this property is the staff. I can’t find a more genuine and respectful set of people. I hope the hotel retains this current pool or ensure the culture continues.

I prepared a valentines day date and anniversarry for my parents and they like the place because it is clean.
I don't like their service especially the FO or FNB staff there as well as the managers who are CC in my emails that they. There is no coordination or endorsement on thier end.I called them via overseas, a couple of times, telling them that i want to surprise my parents and dont want my parents to know how much they will spend on that day or else they will not enjoy their stay due to expenses reasons. They understand that and we both agreed that i can pay via credit or debit card card online and they will send me a link after a confirmed restaurant Order. So i booked a dinner date at their restaurant at 7pm located near swimming pool area and chose couple of dish in their menu. Then they replied back to be the amount i need to settle but in my surprise they send me a GCASH account which is not what we agreed at first. I called them and replied to their email but no avail. 7pm came my parents went down to the restaurant and sat on their tables. I called again overseas at that time, around 7:18pm to informed them that my parents arrived in the restaurant and about the payment online. The customer service told me that since there is a deposit during their check-in they can use it for their expenses at the restaurant. I told to the CS staff that is what I am asking earlier but they opt me to may via online (88.com) -not sure but link name but it sounds like that. So i agreed to her and told her to proceed with the orders that I made thru email ( consists of the FNB supervisor and other dept ). She clearly told me she will inform the FNB staff.
My mother approached the waiter multiple times with their orders and I even asked to spoke with them via messenger regarding the orders i made with them and it was almost 8pm already and none of the orders came. At 9pm my parents decided to leave the restaurant with no food on the table just a few bottles of beer.
