The parking entrance and exit is very tight and it may cause a scratch. The good thing is that nothing happened with my car even though it's a bit of a tall vehicle

The overall vibe and facilities are quite nice. Very clean, modern and the room is spacious enough. Location is very good too and nearby 2 metro stations, and mall of emirates is just a few walks away.
I just had a little trouble during check in. I did online checkin prior to my flight and even received a confirmation, but when i got into the hotel i learned that my booking was cancelled as it said they weren’t able to bill my card. I didn’t receive any early notice/message about it at all and I kinda wish I did because I arrived there at 2:30am after a long flight. But good thing the front desk has been of great assistance to sort the issue out

All the staffs are friendly
The lady at the reception took my EID before checking in , but then she didnt return it back
Till i came back in Abu Dhabi & remembered that i forgot to takeback. I called the same day then a guy confirmed it that my EID is there & he will update me how they will send it back to me. To sad that its been 2days already & im still waiting for an update.😩

Good location
Disappointed! We were group of friends staying in the property and Nishadi in the front staff was rude and unhelpful! She was not even interested to listen and offer us an alternative solution to accommodate our concerns! The kind of attitude shown to us made us feel unwelcome! We stayed a night before at Ibis Al Rigga and our stay was pleasant!

I only have one thing I didn't like. When I booked the hotel for two days, on the first day at noon, one of the hotel members entered the room without asking permission, and at our sleeping time, this is very bad, even if it was checkout time, he had to call or charge for an extra day. You cannot enter the room without...permission.

amazing stay in this incredible hotel , the position its fantastic , very close to mall of emirates , metro and any kind of services by walk ... the hotel room its clean fresh and good room services ... the wifi its very good ... you have also free parking !!!
The place its only 4 stations away from downtown ... what else for the good quality price !!!

Shuttle to emirates mall or somewhere else for the evening for business people or during the day for tourists would have been good. Although the mall was close as a woman by myself I did not want to walk back after dark.

I liked the location of the hotel
The bed was not comfortable specially the pillows I had headache the first night I slept here.
Room telephone was not working when I tried to call the receptionist and I told them about that and no action.
I was not able to connect my phone to TV.

everything was good and smooth abt the property and did well.
i had been calling in the night for water around 1am and did several calls and no one answered and kept calling until realised the staff had been sleeping.
