Perfect location, awesome hot bath tub , clean and large rooms. Everything was perfect and cost worthy.

Spa was perfect after a long day out. We needed a room for the night, and what a perfect way to end the night than in the spa. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the amazing service as it was last minute booking, we were able to get in quickly and without fuss. A+ for communication.

Beds weren’t too comfy. Extremely outdated Could do with a deep clean Had way too many cockroaches visit us during our stay - that’s enough to put me off ever going back.

Having the in room private spa was fantastic. We filled it to a temperature that suited us and could spend as long as we liked. The room had everything we needed and it was close to town, easy to access on Fenton Street. Our stay here has made us rethink where we book in future. We’ve always booked hotels but would happIly book here again.

Not actually a complaint, but parking (which is free and right outside your room), is a bit of a squeeze getting in and out. Park widths are great, but when the parking is full, it’s tricky to manoeuvre around other vehicles opposite. Reversing into our park was a good way round it. I wasn’t a fan off the pillows. Would bring my own in future and will hopefully sleep better.

Great location, central to CBD and other places, loved the private spa pool, big unit, comfortable, clean and tidy.

Upstairs, first few days managed but we stayed for 5x days then it was an effort especially when it rained. The other thing was the parking, alright if you have a small to medium size vehicle but anything bigger a squeeze.

Pre-book misunderstanding, great customer service to make arrangements for a late night arrival.

Parking space is narrow, no sky TV spa controls not working (was offered a refund, didn't accept it) great customer service.
