We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and smelled clean. Although there are only three bedrooms, there are two living rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and there was plenty of table space to play games, as well as the lovely pool area. The lights in the pool/hot tub at night are a great touch. The location of the property, as well as the ample parking, was also a huge plus! I would stay here again!

We had a great time! We did have a slight mishap once arriving. There was a communication error and the house was not cleaned. I contacted the owner and house cleaners were sent over quickly. They were very nice and quickly had everything cleaned and washed. The house is in a great location, we were 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The pool and spa were a great addition to relax after a day at the parks. We would stay here again!

My family stayed at this property while visiting Discovery Cove. The location was perfect to be close to that and many other Orlando attractions. We really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of space to enjoy time together. So much better than getting hotel rooms. The Jacuzzi was wonderful! We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

We found this property by sorting the fields to a 5+ bedroom listing and the owner has it in those larger categories but it is a small 3 bedroom house in a not so great neighborhood. While we misread the actual listing, because of the sort field we thought we had booked a larger place. When we checked in and contacted owner they gave us a "tough luck" kind of response and wouldn't refund. Not a good owner to work with.

My family of 9 stayed here for Christmas and the place was really nice. It had just enough room for us all. Good condition, nice neighborhood, close enough to everything you would need. 25 minutes from Disneyland. The host was easy to reach and responsive. Even on Christmas 🎄.
My only 1 issue was that there wasn't enough bed linens and pillows for 9 people. Other than that, it was perfect.
I would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our week get away. We paid extra for heated pool and hot tub and it felt great! All amenities provided which isn’t always the case in most VRBO places we’ve stayed at. Great host and quick to respond. We were close driving distance to all parks. We would most definitely stay here again if available in the future! Only thing to recommend is renters should Bring own swim towels, only bath towels are provided. It’s not a must but it would've been nice for us to have brought our own swim towels. I totally didn’t think about swim towels but we brought our own pool floats! So fun to play with our beach ball in pool or float around on our pineapple float. Bring your own air mattress pump if you want to bring your own pool floats!

Nicely updated home in great location. Close to everything! Plenty of room. Perfect for our family getaway.
Downside: it looked clean but counters were sticky. Master bed was saggy in middle. No kitchen soap to do dishes. No bath mat in master bath. Otherwise, fully stocked house.

Nice house, plenty of room to spread out. It was not decorated (no wall art or décor) I found that odd. It was generally clean, but the floors needed attention. Beds were comfy, large sectional was nice for lounging. The pool was very nice. Installing a full length mirror near the main bath would a nice touch.

Great location - great space
Great location and wonderful layout in the home for families. Host was exceptional at communicating. Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. We were even able to watch the sea world fireworks from the front walk! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay this past week. The location was perfect as my children had an event all week at the JW Marriott. Our 5 minute commute was easy and allowed us to cook in and relax when the girls weren't dancing. We really enjoyed the down time in the relaxing pool. I highly recommend having it heated - it was nice having consistent temperatures as well as the heated spa for the parents. My only feedback would be to include the cost for use of the grill in the rental fee. We were a bit surprised when we uncovered the grill to find it locked and a $30 fee for use. Otherwise the property fit our needs perfectly.

Ready to Return!
Great property in a really great location in Orlando. I have stayed all over Orlando, and this property seems to be the most centrally and conveniently located if you are trying to hit a variety of the parks and other attractions in the area.
The neighborhood was quiet and clean.
The house was good, and the pool and hot tub were great. We floated in the pool every day and hung out in the hot tub at night. The king bed in the master was great. Also, the bedside lamps with built in wireless charging for devices were a nice touch.
There were a few very minor mechanical issues in the house, but Wael was communicative and had them fixed right away. The cleaning person missed a thing or two in my bathroom, but overall the property was very clean upon arrival.
I would stay here again with no hesitation. Compared to other rentals I have stayed at in the area, I would say that this property is most certainly above average.

Overall very good
This property was great and we would stay again. The only issue/non issue was the lawn was in major need of mowing and needed some yard work. Inside was very clean and relaxing.

Spring break
The property was very nice and the we were pleased with our stay. There were a few thing that could have been better. One the main bathroom had little to no hot water, which was very troubling since we had a party of 6 and everyone had to shower in one bathroom. We also paid for the heater for the pool and I'm not quite sure it was turned on but we enjoyed the pool anyway. Overall the stay was good and we would use this property again since it was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and all the Disney attractions.

Hidden gem
We returned from a cruise on Friday and didn’t want to get right back on the road, so we rented this home for 1 night. It doesn’t have great curb appeal, but when we walked in the doors we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful home that has been updated and well cared for. It was clean and much more spacious than I expected. We loved that it had two family room areas where my son could watch YouTube on one of the smart TV’s and my wife and I could watch a movie on the other.
My only complaint was the water in the primary bedroom would not get hot. I thought maybe my son used up all the hot water, but I went to the other bathroom and it was perfect. So I took my showers in the secondary bathroom instead. And after spending some time in the jacuzzi, I didn’t need it as hot as my wife likes it anyway. 😁
This was only one minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay. The pool and hot tub were great, the wifi was fast, and the communication was excellent. I’d highly recommend this home for your next visit to Orlando!

Quaint Florida feel, while close to everything
My family of 6 enjoyed this home close to Disney with private pool and hot tub. The description are accurate. The interior is modern and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed down to soap and shampoo. There is a laundry area with soap provided. This house feels like real Florida in a quiet neighborhood but close to Disney, lakes, restaurants and all that Orlando has to offer. The owner is quick to answer any questions and thorough. It was a pleasant experience renting from him. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Did not provide extra toilet paper or paper towel had to purchase my own on day two. Charged extra to turn the heat on in the jacuzzi. So when it say jacuzzi included, it's not. It's an extra cost which is ridiculous, it should just be added to the price up front. Obviously, people want heat in the jacuzzi.

Beautiful house, great location!
This house was so nice, clean & comfortable. I had some trouble with the washing machine & had to call the property manager. He immediately replied & had the issue fixed within a couple hours. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Fun weekend!
This was a wonderful property for a fun weekend in Orlando! It’s about 20 mins outside of everything but in what felt like a safe and great neighborhood! The beds were nice and comfy, as well as the couches! All in all it was a great stay! Thanks so much!

Cozy , Comfortable Accomodations
The house is a great fit for families and multiple couples looking to visit Orlando. The space is perfect for 3-4 couples or a large extended family. Everything we needed was available. The patio was relaxing and private. The pool and Hot Tub was a perfect end to our full days. FYI Aldi's delivered groceries to the door within 2 hours for a $3.99 fee. WE WILL BE BACK

We spent a few days in Orlando with the family for a vacation. The house was as described online, and really nice and clean. The pool and hot tub weee great. The neighborhood is nice, and quiet. The Paros were not far away.

This house was perfect and very clean. Everything is close by within a 20 minute drive. We had the pool and jacuzzi heated and had no problems. Neighborhood is quiet. Beds were clean and very comfy. Very good and fast communication with host. We will definitely stay here again!

What a great property. My friends and I had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was so modern and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were the best! Location was perfect, super cute neighborhood that made me want to move in! Would definitely stay there again!
