Good location

The floor of the bedroom and bathroom was dirty, we found hair and nails on the floor, we requested assistance for the concierge in the lobby to clean it, but unfortunately, the condition remained unchanged

Quick and easy, in and out without any hassle, close to the parks and international drive, nice crowd and staff.

Pillows were way too thick; showers should have shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers as most modern hotels do now instead of the tiny sample ones. also, I wish they had more EV chargers.

Our party rented 4 rooms in total. 3 rooms were moved out of the 4 due to different issues within the rooms, these ranged from toilet not flushing, air conditioning not working, dirty bed linen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr moderne und komfortable Zimmer. Gute Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Alle Ausflugsziele sind von dort mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Pool war geschlossen.

Sehr schönes Hotel und extrem freundlicher Empfang durch Carlos an der Rezeption. Frühstücksangebot war gut

Leider waren einige Stühle beim Frühstück kaputt. Generell sollten diese auch durch besser zu den Tischen passende Stühle ersetzt werden

La ubicación está muy bien. El desayuno hay varias opciones. La recepción siempre son muy atentos. La habitación es muy cómoda y muy espaciosa. El gimnasio está bastante amplio. La piscina es muy bonita.

Un día tuvimos un problema al ingresar a la habitación porque el picaporte de seguridad estaba puesto y no podíamos entrar a la habitación. El recepcionista nos ayudó después de casi 2 horas.

Alles! Tolles Entrée, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sauber! Geräumiges, sehr modernes Zimmer. Im Bett habe ich geschlafen wie auf einer Wolke. Beim Frühstück gab es Porzellanbecher und Besteck in in einer Stoffserviette, nicht der übliche Plastikmist. Besonders Dankbar bin ich dem Front Desk Manager, der für mich die Autovermietung angerufen und mir bei der Problemlösung geholfen hat. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und ich hätte gerne noch mehr gemacht, aber wir mussten weiter. Ich würde immer wieder einchecken.

Kontinentales Frühstück ist nicht unbedingt mein Geschmack, aber das hat was mit der persönlichen Vorliebe zu tun.

The hotel was very clean so were the rooms, the staff was very friendly as well as the cleaning service. Breakfast was good.

Lo único que cambiaría es que el desayuno fuese mas surtido ya que era lo mismo todos los días.

Saturday night my next neighbors decided to have a fight at 1:30 am. A dog got of the room Monday morning .Running up to me barking.And for two days requested room service did not happen. Was gone 10 hours no house keeping service. I complained second day but I informed me they are sorry. First and last time at this hotel.

Room was big. For family of 4 we had 2 double beds and bunk bed. Spacious and clean. Big bathroom. Cleaned daily. Nice breakfast only of $10 for adults and $7 for kids - omelette, sausages, bacon, cereal, waffles, yogurt. Lovely staff. Heated swimming pool. Lots of parking.

I would prefer a bit more fruit and vegetables for breakfast.

Brand new hotel, very nice!

Everything was great, except that there is a lot of marijuana smoking going on. To the point it becomes unbearable. Also, cleaning staff doesn’t do very good job and they will skip your room if you don’t pay attention.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff I interacted with were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect for what I needed with plenty of things nearby.

It was LOUD! I was on the second floor, and I heard every conversation in the hallway. The people above me seemed to be running across the room. I think some group on the floor was partying. The noise kept me awake until 2am and woke me up again around 6am.

So very very clean . Lovely rooms . Comfortable bed great shower. Quiet and slept very well

Me gustó la habitación.

No es que no me gustó, pero las veces que hicieron limpieza dejaron un par de detalles como: no dejar papel higiénico, nos dejaron solo 2 paños cuando eramos 4 y un paño pequeño en el suelo que no sabemos si era nuestro o usado por alguien más.

Beds were not comfortable to me at all

Great property for the price, super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and very new. Great cheaper alternative in a great location about 10-15 mins drive from all parks and nearby restaurants/fast food places.

Recieved a text stating that they only changed sheets and towels every 3 days to save water/energy and you had to option to request new towels/sheet change, I personally did not need them but I would have appreciated at least the bed to be made! Washroom was cleaned but the room still felt slightly unkept when I returned after a long day.
