The door handle of the toilet is broken. Wifi is very slow and sometimes not available.

We really can not say a lot of positive things about this hotel. The staff at the Reception was friendly...but thats really it.

I just wanna send some picture, so you can see how the room looks. I am fully aware that the Philippines is a country with a high poverty...but as OYO is a hotel chain, i would expect a bit more than this.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and secure environment. Close to historic city part.

No way too cook or heat up water to make tea.

Clean and near to restaurants and transportation access. Staffs are accomodating and respectful.

Neighbours not within the building are noisy. I guess becos the wall of the building is attached with like an apartment near. And my room is just behind it. But it is all about adjustments and getting used to the situation. They atleast do stop their noise before 12midnight, so it's fine.

Although we were on the 3rd floor, there were loads of cockroaches, a lot of infiltrations on the walls right next to the bed, no hot water.

Facilities need some maintenance, like broken door knobs, table needs fixing, no chairs provided,, no microwave oven, no refrigerator, all for the rate of P2K plus (including tax) per night.

I like the location, it was close to the mall and just a few steps from where my sibling lives. Easy process of check in, I like how the room was - small but still has enough space. It was clean and tidy. The room has space to store your things (cupboards and small wardrobe/cabinet), and a small table. They provided two towels and a set of toiletries but just for one guest. Would also be best if there was a liquid hand soap. The tv has a few channels where I could watch a proper tv program.

The water coming out of the shower was too small amount. It was good thing they provided a bucket and a dipper. The set of toiletries provided was just for one person. I don't know if it was a protocol because of Covid, but a visitor cannot come even just for half an hour.

It is accessible. Near to my work & my daughter's school.

Low internet signal & it is not soundproof. You can hear the voices of the persons staying on the next fl. And why there are noises even in the the middle of the night. 😩

Value for money, friendly and helpful staff and very flexible to your needs! Booking and coordination was also a breeze.

Pillows were kinda flat and can be abit hard to fall asleep to.
