Le petit déjeuner et les chambres assez spacieuses

Personnel très peu souriant et souvent inexpérimenté. À l’arrivée ils prennent les empreintes de la carte . Le paiement de l’hôtel avait déjà été effectué sur Booking. Chaque jour des sommes entre 90 et 600 sont débités sans savoir de quoi ils s’agit. À la réception on me dit de ne pas m’inquiéter que ce sont simplement des cautions. Lorsque je quitte l’hôtel j’ai un trop payé de plusieurs centaines d’euros qui n’apparaît pas sur la facture. On me dit de ne pas m’inquiéter que tout sera remboursé. J’envoie 4 messages une fois rentrée , aucune réponse, impossibilité d’avoir quelqu’un de compétent au téléphone . J’appelle Booking qui gère le problème avec professionnalisme.

The breakfast was superb. It took me a little while to find forks and knives. The spoons were readily available but not the forks and knives. the dining room was spacious.

Liked the variety of breakfast and chef cooked. The location was excellent for our visit to Sea World

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. AC worked really well

Breakfast was very plane. I’d be happy to pay extra to have something better. I’d also suggest to open the pool at 7 am instead of 8 am

The hotel was very nice and clean, the kids love the pool.

We got there around 11 p.m after a long day at an amusement park got to the room there were no towels or bedding for the sofa bed… waited about 30 mins before we could shower. Also breakfast was horrible no utensils, no cream cheese for our bagels, no bowls this was around 8:30 breakfast didn’t end until 9:30. No meat options either really just a omelette that my kids didn’t eat, cereal was in a jar that couldn’t with no scoop, just expected more.

Perfect location to food and pharmacy’s and also really close to the parks

That employees were very nice and helpful, & management was very nice and helpful I needed help with checking in because my ID was stolen from me and manager made sure I got to check in and went the extra mile to help I give 10 Stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 this hotel was wonderful I had the best sleep, breakfast.my favorite was the tv and shower and comfortable bed.. ..I will be back soon....

The place was pretty

The headboard lights didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t get cold, and the employee managed to charge me twice on a booking I already had and charged me for a room there. Then to make up for it offered me two drinks, and an insincere apology.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Furniture and deco of best modern taste, clean minimalistic in a few ways. The bedding sheets and duvet were also remarkable as well.

Nothing to complain about. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were spotless. The view was nice. Breakfast was good. Price was just right.
