The room had a bed, a roof, and four walls
I arrived at this airport hotel at 3am on the morning of 4/10, and it was all downhill from there. First, the reception lady tells us that she accidentally checked someone else in under our names/room, resulting in a 30 minute wait before my wife and I could finally enter our room. I asked for late check out, but this woman (who refused to give me her name, go figure) tells me she not only couldn’t guarantee late check out because supposedly only the morning staff had that authority for some reason (inconvenient but whatever). I then asked her if she could at least leave a note for the morning staff saying that we requested late check out if it were available, but for some bizarre reason that I can only assume boils down to either simple laziness or stupidity she wasn’t even willing to leave a note. This is now 345am at an AIRPORT HOTEL, mind you, and the place had fewer than 20 guests — I know this because this dumbass lady showed me all the guest cards (including their private personal information) at one point. Finally we get into our room and go to sleep… and sure enough, the anonymous reception lady CALLS OUR EFFING ROOM and wakes us up! I call back to ask WTF that was about, and she hangs up on me. I go back to sleep, and—since she really didn’t leave a note for the morning staff—my exhausted and sleep-deprived pregnant wife and I are woken up 4 hours later (like 830am) by housekeeping!!! Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve had in recent memory. That lady and the people who manage this place (if there are any) should be fired and banned from the hospitality industry for life

We have never been to Orlando Airport. Late flight and was delayed. Tried to get direction from front desk about hotel transportation from airport to hotel of just where we were to go for pickup. Called 4 times, she was ruid and even hung up on me once.

On arrival we were told that one of the rooms we had booked had not yet been paid for, although I had paid for both rooms in advance via Paypal. The receptionist told us that there probably was an error made by Booking.com and that the hotel had only received payment for one room. After a long discussion, we paid for the room. She then realized her mistake and saw that both rooms had in fact been paid for. However, she was unable to refund the money. We were told to contact Booking.com so that we can get a refund here. After departure, I contacted Booking.com, who needed a receipt from the hotel showing that we had actually paid for the room again on arrival. The hotel did not provide us with this receipt even after numerous emails (and incidentally only responded at all after a negative review on Google).
Long story short: We paid $145 too much through no fault of our own and have still not been refunded. Would not recommend or ever come back.

It is perfect if you want to be close to the airport, its calm, clean and comfortable, the rooms where amazing.
Very short menu and nothing special, but the food itself tasty. Also its an amazing place but if you want to have fun then go somewhere else but if you don’t really care where you stay then this place is an easy pick.

The staff qt the front desk was not happy at all. She checked us I into a room that was already being used completely unprofessional.

A free shuttle was offered from the airport BUT the shuttle was shared with another hotel and the other hotel‘s guests were given priority!
We had 3 different rooms and none of us had hot water!

Kamers zijn prima en zeer luxe ingericht en ligging is prima, 10 minuten rijden van luchthaven maar ook goed toegankelijk naar de motorway, pomp station 50 meter van hotel
Ontbijt. Voor de prijs die je ervoor moest betalen (15 euro) zeer karig en dat is wel jammer.

Dichtbij luchthaven, 10 minuten rijden, een shuttle is aanwezig wel bellen als je de bagage op de luchthaven hebt. Prima restaurant, goede sfeer van personeel, lekker zwembad. Kamer voldoet met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Location for quick one night stay.
Room reserved for 6 people. Two people shared a couch for one person. Was not comfortable for our group.

Location, clean and secure. Felt good being next to the airport and it was clean and everything was smooth
The walls were thin as we could hear our neighbors, the beds were significantly hard that caused a not so readily sleep but it was one night

The hotel and room were clean and recently renovated.
We arrived at midnight after a delayed flight and the overnight check in person was exceptionally rude. She barely spoke to us to explain check in and check out then made it abundantly clear that breakfast was NOT complementary. We never even asked about breakfast but made a point to leave beforehand. When checking out, the staff member was on the phone and couldn’t be bothered to speak to us at all. Just stuck her hand out for the room key.

That I only got to stay with your property 10 hours and had wasted a few nights at another location closer to the office I was visiting in Apopka. Next time I visit I will just stay with you and drive to the office each morning.

The property in the main area smelled badly of marijuana. It seemed like an employee was vaping when we arrived.
When we arrived late in the evening and requested bedding for the sofa bed we scheduled, I was told there were not anymore pillows. Seems like having enough bedding is a big deal for a hotel
