A great hotel, friendly reception and welcome, the hotel has its own scenic places, the whole bay is under your feet, the food is legendary, we loved the seafood, our air conditioner broke down, they said we can change your room, we wanted them not to be victims, we wanted it to be repaired, a special apology dinner for us at the hotel It was a wonderful detail. If you are coming to Sharma, definitely choose the Pick Albatross, you will never regret it.. ;)

Loved the location. the beach is sandy and a perfect spot for snorkeling. Staff are very friendly, nice, accommodating, and welcoming. The manager was very nice, he helped us out with a problem in the booking. The people were really exceptional.

The ACs were outdated. They need to be replaced. They make strange sounds.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional for all aspects specially when it comes to handling problems. The beach is extremely prepared. the animation team is very professional. the resort is really all inclusive, I didn’t need to get out. the reception team was very professional specially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed

The staff is generally friendly and cooperative except for one employee. I bought an iced coffee can and handed it over to a chef at the beach bar to keep it in the fridge. After two hours, I went there and there was a different employee. I asked him to give me the iced coffee can and he told me it wasn't there and he knew nothing about it. He was extremely rude and aggressive, although the chef came and confirmed that he himself put the can in the fridge. It's unacceptable that the staff loses the guests' stuff, even if it's an iced coffee can. The employee who did that can lose something more valuable. It's also unacceptable that an employee handles an issue in such a rude mannerless way.
