Nothing to report

In our opinion the house was not cleaned before we arrived. The house was very dirty and had a strong smell. Only one key for 17 people. When we left the house for the first time the door locked and impossible to open without the code. So we had to ask the service and waited for more than an hour. 2 rooms in the house were open when we arrived and once we closed the doors, it was impossible to open them without the code. I contacted the service and they ignored me. Fortunately, no one had put their stuff in those rooms yet. In conclusion, it was very disappointing, there was no decoration like on the pictures, some of the rooms were cold and the cleaning is to be revised. It was not worth the price at all.
