The bathtub was big, the swings in the balcony was really awesome and the breakfast was mind blowing! Be sure to try the string hoppers, was really delicious. There's even a pool table that can keep you entertained at night.

Slight issue that the room were a bit stuffy and the walls were a bit thin. But don't let these stop you from booking this place, it's really worth the money and the comfort. Just turn on some white noise and things will be okay.

Location is beautiful. Scenery brilliant. Very tranquil, about 15 minutes from Kandy center. Room all fine, nothing special. Little classical style. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not our style. A little dusty, not very clean. Both in the room as in the hallways. Food quality too low for this type of hotel. Staff were (like said) friendly, but a little slow.

To make it easy, I will list below: 1. Stinky carpet 2. slow service, one waiter deliberately avoided serving my husband and me because there was another table of Russian girls he wanted to serve - we requested water multiple times, and it never got to us. 3. garbage food, the breakfast was an absolute scam, small menu and not availability of most things mentioned. 4. dirty bathroom 5. a bunch of girls at the front desk, and none speaks proper English 6. they treated us differently because we didn't look European/English 7. slow wifi and could only connect to phone. No more than 2 devices could connect because we booked room for 2 8. mosquitos everywhere, even in the room 9. charged us extra 1600 RS for security at check-out was very strange and not informed to us before

I liked the rooms a lot. They were spacious and very comfortable. I especially liked the bathrooms. Also the staff was very helpful and very nice.

I think I liked everything. Just want to mention about finding the correct lift to get to the ground floor was a bit difficult. If the directions to the main lift to get to ground floor is more clear that would be great 👍.

Delicious food and very helpful staff.Room was clean.The view was lovely. Bed and furniture quite comfortable .Easy to reach many of the tourist destinations. The front desk will help arranging transport by taxi and etc.
