The entire place was very nice. Modern building with swimming pool, great communication with property via What's up. Rooms very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped, tidy and as described in offer.

Location.... terrible, it was written that 2 minutes from bus stop and it was true but in order to get to metro the bus was running for 1 hour. Eventually to get to center of Dubai by public transport it was 1,5 to 2 hours. For this price it is not worthy at all. Then I was very surprised that receptionist (a girl which was rather like a lunatic not a receptionist) asked me for 1500 AED deposit in cash!!! it not was not mention in the offer! they did not accept card payment. Eventually we resolved it but it wasn't fair. Rest of the stuff was very kind and helpful. To be honest I do not recommend this place for this price too much hassle for me.

It eliminated the hassle of carrying physical keys and provided a seamless check-in and check-out process. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed. The presence of a balcony allowed me to enjoy the fresh air and take in the scenic views. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near a couple of convenience stores and eateries. This made it easy to access essential items and grab a quick bite to eat without having to venture too far.

While my stay was enjoyable, one minor inconvenience was the lack of trash cans in the bedroom. It would have been more convenient to have a designated spot to dispose of small waste items without having to leave the room. There were flies in our rooms. However, this was a minor drawback compared to the overall positive experience.

The building is modern. The apartment was clean and had everything you'd need for a couple of nights stay. Kitchen was nice and fully equipped.

Wifi wasn't working well. The concept of coliving is theoritically nice but i didn't find it to be that practical.

I didnt like any this and I opologise to my self to book the worst hotel in Dubai.

Unfortunately my trip wasn't really good with this hotel and I apologise to my self to and my family to book the worst hotel in Dubai. I booked it through booking application as it was showing there that it  a 4 star facilities and pay directly through the application. Once I arrive I was looking for the concierge service and I was shocked that this service was not available then I took my luggage and reached to the reception which was a guy sitting behind the disk, he didnt welcome us as all receptionists on 4 Star Hotel after a long trip more than 500 km to reach Dubai. I didnt appreciate his attitude. We pay 1500 Derhams insurance (very expensive)and only cash , we didnt have derhams coz we arrive dubai that time, the receptionist refuse to receive the same amont of money with our country currancy, my husband went out again searching for a shop to chang the currency so we can go to our apartment and have rest, I stay before on Staybridge Suites Dubai which is Also 4 star and we pay 500 Derham only and they where so polite . Once we finish cheking in we notice that there was no door keys the receptionist inform us to download an application and coz our door will only open through scanning our phone through the device attached to the door, and the way is not comfortable to the customer to force them to download the application. Although after that we took our luggage by our self to our Apartment and once we enter we notice that the apartment wasn't clean and we went down with our luggage to the receptionist to inform him so, her apologies and inform us that her will change the apartment to other block so we to our luggage again to other bolck. The room was without a trash bin, there were no enough water ,the handle of the romm cobored was broken, no arrow for prayer way...

Friendly staff, clean swimming pool.... access to shopping supermarket. It was awesome.

Building is new and modern

Only one staff member who is not at the desk most of the time. Many people in the waiting area so if you need something fast… you’ll have to wait. The doors are operated by a lock system that doesn’t always work… so if you need to get into your room after 9 pm when there is no staff… good luck. Bugs in the living areas. Don’t stay here. There are many other options for the same price.

3rd time I stayed here on my regular visits to Dubai. The cleanliness of the room, upon arrival, left definite room for improvement. The service attitude has suffered.

A lot of common areas and list of activities. Perfect place if you are first time in Dubai.

Sometimes I saw kids, but in my opinion this place fits people without children more.

Quiet, clean apartment. Security guard that checked us in was so lovely and helpful - very polite friendly and always had a smile !

Only 1 glass in apartment, but it didn't impact overall on our stay.

We had stinky bathroom, they fixed it after two days. Also fire alarm started randomly several times. Loud aircon, we needed some time to get used to it. You need cash deposit.

We stayed here for ten days. For the first five days, a parrot that was in the neighboring building and making noise deprived us of our comfort so that we could not sleep from 7 in the morning. And we could not rest anymore. Three-bedroom units do not have a living room or a dining table, and cooking and eating are difficult due to limited space. In general, none of the units are suitable for more than 3 guests. But it was clean
