Decent. Big room with separate bedroom.

Spacious room, but a little aged though that was expected. Everything was nice and comfortable. In all, no complaints!

Need to maintain for the facility

We've booked two connected rooms for 9 days. The staffs at the counter were very courteous and helpful, particularly a lady who arranged our room upgrade. One minor error was the house keeper failed to put teabags in the pentry except the first day😁. Overall we have a pleasant stay here.

The hotel wifi didn't work, which is not a problem however the hote staff didn't offer any compensation. I don't need compensation but had the staff offered a free breakfast it would have been welcomed. Also the hallway smells, they need to change their carpet but seems like they are not aware or don't care. The shower doesn't have hot water sometimes, which is insane for a hotel of this price class. I complained multiple times about the shower not giving hot water but the staff says they will look at it and say it's ok when the problem doesn't even gets fixed. It's something i have never seen in any hotel, they think i'm complaining about a problem that doesn't exist but there is a real problem with the hot water. And again if they offered a compensation like changing to another room or free breakfast i would be satisfied but they don't care. They just let my complaint stay.

Room was noisy as the fan speed of ac is out of control. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it has stain on the wall.Lady at the front desk service is excellent and can helpfully answer my need.

Oakwood is a great hotel. This is my second time there and I will return again. The showers have hot and cold water as well as a tub. The location is wonderful as well because it's near the Emporium Mall and sky train for easy transportation around Bangkok.

Hotel is old and dirty. People are not friendly.

Great place to have as a base for a Bangkok trip. Is close to many things. Rooms are big with a nice bathroom. Don't expåect a view. Helpful staff with limited English skills.

I would have given this hotel a Higher rating except for the front desk pOMI have a bad image to the hotel.

When you enter any hotel, the first interaction with the front desk is very important . We are a party of 9 . We got 2 two/bedrooms and 1 one-bedroom for 6 days. Originally we were booked for 5 days but we decided to add an additional day and hotel said we had to cancel original booking which we made 6 months ago and rebook at again at a higher rate, if we can get one. We then decided to do another booking just for the additional one day. On check in we asked for late check out on the departure date. They said we can stay until 2 and if we stayed over that time we have to oay 1/2 day rate. That was fine with us. Also, on the fifth day, we have to checkout and check-in without transferring rooms. That was fine with us. Next day, we are advised to checkout our room on the fifth day and we will have to transfer to another room. What is the logic of that? The most annoying thing is that Omi , the lady in the reception, also denies everything she said. She is a total lier. I don’t even know what position she holds. She does bit belong in the hospitality industry. My son left on day 5 and was asking if he can get a one-day refund ince it was still one month before the deaine for cancellation. Hotels.com was also trying to reach out to them. The Answer is No . I would to say on the bright side that the hotel is conveniently located, rooms are spacious and clean, chamber maid was friendly and accommodating. I was involved in the hospitality industy.

Stern staff and whole property maybe old, the room, public areas are poorly maintained which made the property even older. Aircon was noisy and water pipes sounds can affect one’s sleep

Good location. Noisy hotel, door banging during the night. Cockroach in shower.

Very Quiet.

Property is a bit aged and seriously needing some maintenance and upgrade. Shower is not working properly. Hot water at shower is not stable. Furniture is wearing off. Glasses are not clean. Staff is however, very friendly and courteous.

Staff service is good

Residence Lounge is good. Would be better if fresh milk could be provided for the coffee machine.

In the room there are not laundry machine,slipper and lazor. In this hotel there are not laundry machines for the guests of hotel.Laundry service fee is so high if you request that garments should be returned in same day.because requested garments are returned on next day in normal service，

Convenient What I don't like is the traffic, it is narrow and jam when you go and return due to small lane with heavy traffic.

Breakfast hall service was less than expected

We stayed at the Oakwood Residences in Sukhumvit and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very well located and within a short 5 minute walk to the Phrom Pong BTS with a 7Eleven even closer. The rooms are big and it helps that there is a washing machine and kitchenette in there as well. They were comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was quite basic in terms of choice but whatever was offered was very good. The pool is quite small so I did not use it at all. The best part to the hotel are the friendly, pleasing and efficient staff who are ever ready to help and full of smiles. Thank you, we will be back!

great location and helpful staff

Great and convenient location.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff were professional. I had no problems communicating in English with the staff as they were able to answer all my questions. The hotel room itself was superb. The AC was cold and the showers had hot water with good pressure. My room was large and spacious. I will stay here again!
