The allowed me to do early check-in which was nice.
They only promise you one keycard, even if you arrive totally different times to the hotel with your travel companion.
Furniture wasn't in very good condition.
Room was clean but probably 30% of the lights didn't work and for example bathroom light was too dark to use the mirror.
The room had 2 AC units but only one of them was giving cold air.

Room was huge. We had a family room so was basically two suites with interconnecting door. Great for the teen in tow. Windows don't open so despite having a washer dryer it isn't ideal. Also, had there been a fire in the lounge area there was no alternative exit for us so unsure re safety on this part. Location was good. Tuktuk for free up to the main road is handy but shame it finishes at 9pm. The Indian / Arabic restaurant is across the way makes amazing food!

Mostly dissapointed in the fact that the hotel is advertised to be 4-stars, when it is in fact more like 3-stars. Staff is super nice, but the hotel rooms are worn down. Dripping faucets, hard beds, lots of bruising on the furniture. Besides this - the cleaning ladies always forgot something. Forgot givung toilet paper, towels, emptying the trash…

The rooms were very clean however they were very outdated and there were roaches in the bathroom.

A bit worn down hotel in an ok location in sukhumvit. Got it for a good price, and it wasn't bad. However, I would never rate it a four star hotel. If you get a good price, its an ok place to stay. I would rather pay a few hundred baht extra next time though, to get a higher class accommodation.

Hotel is in a quiet area but close to the BTS and Sukhumvit Road. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff was very good, pool and fitness center are small but adequate. Tuk tuk a available to take you to and from Sukhumvit Road. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants where tuk tuk drops you off. Good value for the cost. Would stay there again.

The room is like an apartment and quite nice. Bed could have been better but not to bad. The main problem was the lighting was Terrible. It was with super dim bulbs like in dark night club and the lighting could not be made stronger. Also the distance from the main street was a bit to far for me.

Theres cameras security a good amount of locks for your room and theres an alarm at the front door enough to make you feel very safe and able to sleep good at night. The staff is very nice and attentive.

Place reeks of cigarettes. Aircon doesn't work. Wifi was was shotty. Staff were not friendly. It was not a good experience.

Overall i was unhappy and stressed. Killed all day around 8 cockroaches a day. Light out, 5 mins later they were running around in the kitchen and bathroom. No relaxing possible. Service was good, helped with spray, but no result. Theres a general insect problem. Service is great, very kind.

This is a 3rd world dirty filthy hotel soiled filthy carpets on every floor NO maintenance at all my toilets blocked and had to move room 1st night at 9pm. No help whatsoever from useless uninterested staff. NEVER again a disgrace

This hotel is nothing like the pictures online, totally deceiving. Rooms are totally empty, just a small table, couple of old lounge chairs, no rugs, no decorations.
A few of the lady staff were nice but most don't care if you are there or not.
Kitchen staff need to find a new profession because hospitality is not a word they understand.
Plenty of other hotels in Bangkok, don't choose this one.

No consistency with house keeping. Had leak in bathroom and the staff did not help whatsoever. I become the vacation plumber. Staff did not assist to move to other available rooms or make any effort to help. Staff always tried to put you in most expensive taxi or other transportation that made me think they were getting kickbacks. The restaurants and operators seemed very shifty, and never saw people eating in the restaurant throughout 2
Weeks I stayed there. The housekeepers were Ok just not trained on how to be consistent. Always different number of towels, soaps and other items. Location is not bad but be prepared to walk through lots of taxis and tuk tuk drivers ready to scam you. Remember always demand to use taxi meter - if they say no - find another taxi
