The toilet is in a rather uncomfortable spot which makes it difficult to sit down. The shower has no curtain, allowing water to splash out. The staff was great.

Hotel is in the best location but room is not in par with the cost. Room is outdated and needing immediate improvement at least where we stayed in.

Not a very nice area, good for a Robinson mall, lots of eateries. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable, decor in room was quite dated. Extremely helpful staff.

It is amazing for me to stay in this hotel. All staff including Managers at Reception desk and breakfast dinning facility. All staff provide a good service with polite manner. Recommend everyone to sat here. I will be back again and plan to stay longer. Thanks.

Cleanlines, affordable prize and, friendly staff, we are welcome, always stay at this hotel kimberly each time we are visiting manila...i will recomend this hotel.

This was our second stay at Hotel Kimberly. We specialy appreciated the pleasant atmosphere in the breakfast room, with the good breakfast buffet. An additional plus is that they make omelettes and which eggs you want on request.
The staff are friendly and helpful and make your stay a pleasant experience in this busy city.

Kimberly hotel is always my hotel of choice. Bed was super comy, great staff, room was very clean, staff is superb. I had room delivery and food was excellent. Another great stay & Robinson Mall only 5 minute walk
