Everything was wonderful ,staff was super friendly and professional ,they even wrote me letters and add on bespoke service according to my needs ,and 247 service whenever u need ,and dont forget to get a fine dining at Sra Bua kin kin which is one of the reason u stay in here

We had such a wonderful time. From the Gent in Red to housekeeper Charitta, which had a lovely personal touch. The team really made our stay truly remarkable. Everyone from the pool team to the bfast team were also splendid

The Kempinski Hotel is luxurious in all areas, a wonderful stay, very well appointed and the staff in all areas are very helpful and pleasant.
The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays.
We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room.
Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes.
Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance.
The Kempinski Hotel is a must stay.

How ever we think the hotel i s great and kept well, excellent so ever, we have just small thing-but mean a lot to us- when we ask for late check out ( by paying the amount) the lady at the front desk said she will see and tell us) unfortunately my mother & my sister in law took the last two kabana rooms ,for us they didn’t have its was disappointing

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Siam Paragon shopping mall with diverse restaurants inside. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of foods. The service was excellent and attentive. The room service was excellent too. Room was very clean.

We felt totally immersed in a holiday during our 5 days staying in the hotel. Service was excellent and the hotel staffs were very friendly and addressed problems promptly. My only suggestion is the pillow options can be better. It is either too soft or too tall. my neck was in pain although I requested an additional one .

Staff were very polite and nice, they greet u whenever and wherever they saw u around, especially the housekeeping team, always have surprise when we back to our room
the only minor thing is a bit long way to BTS station，at least 10 mins walk from the hotel, apart from that, everything was superb

Excellent hotel - truely a 5 star one. The property is very well maintained, the pool is amazing and the location is as cebtral as it gets in Bangkok.
The reception, housekeeping and the pool team are all efficient and amazing.
The balcony rooms are definitely worth it - an private oasis overlooking the pool. The complimentary minibar and room amenities are on point - extra points for provding hand santizers and loofah! Would appreciate if the hotel moved to things like glass, refillable water bottles to reduce plastic waste.

I found the hotel to be extremely convenient as it is located next to a subway station. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a food court made dining options easily accessible. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, it is worth mentioning that the price was quite expensive.

My family and I stayed at Siam Kempinski Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our room was excellent and we even got an upgrade, it was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is very kids and baby-friendly, with lots of amenities and activities that kept our little ones entertained.
The staff was super nice and accommodating, they made us feel welcome and were always available to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious and we were impressed by the variety of options available. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near great shopping areas and attractions.
Overall, we had an amazing stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel and would love to go again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience!

Best of the best. It is truly 5 stars . It provides guests all . Walkable to the mall, MRT, BTS. Elephant Sightseeing tour bus. Especially it’s mini bar with all drinks changes daily ( 2 beers 2 cokes 2 sprites and a lot of drinking water), fruits , snacks Finally the bed is very comfortable.
