Keoken Bed and breakfast is located close to lots of great restaurants,
The host is very friendly and seeks your interest.
It is a small establishment and so does not accept credit card payments. He would accept cash, just a side note.

Property was comfortable and attractive, with a very nice common area. Manager or Expedia should have made it more clear at booking that payment was cash only. Manager was informative and helpful.

Rodrigo and his wife are wonderful hosts. Their property is very clean and in a great location, very walkable to many restaurants and shops. We stayed here before and after hiking the o-circuit, and when we had to leave early to catch a bus for hiking, Rodrigo got up at 6 am to make us breakfast! They also allowed us to keep our non-hiking luggage with them for 9 days while we were hiking.

When you drive up you think uhm. The host was very nice. We had the place to ourselves due to Covin-19 worries and cancelations. Very clean, bed comfortable, service good. If you can pay cash that would be a plus to the operator.

We love Rodrigo and his B&B. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend it. Clean, perfect location, and simply charming. Plus Rodrigo was a helpful and kind host. The best of the best!

I chose this place based on the reviews and the experience was true to the reviews. The Keoken is easy to find, very close to as you enter P Natales from Calama. The breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful. Most importantly the owner Mr. Rodrigo has a big heart and even allowed us to make sandwiches from the breakfast spread and take it with us everyday when we were going to Torres Del Paine. His knowledge of the park is immense and one has to take his advise seriously.. His suggestions worked out very well for us. Overall our experience at Keoken was very happy. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place!! Rodrigo is the best host ever, & breakfasts are delicious. This is the most comfortable bed I’ve had yet in South America, & after trekking in Torres del Paine, it felt like HEAVEN!!! Views from the room & a sea breeze were lovely, as is the upstairs sitting room. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants, & 5-min taxi to bus station. Homey & comfortable!

We stayed in this bed and breakfast because I had seen a review that said that they provided advice about driving round Torres del Paine park and Keoken did not disappoint. Rodrigo and his wife were very friendly and Rodrigo provided very helpful advice about driving round the park. This was really useful as there is not much information provided at the CONAF station in the park for those driving themselves and we didnt have time to do the full three day trek. We had some nice chats with Rodrigo and the room had everything we needed and was nice and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay at Keoken bed and breakfast. Some tips for those driving themselves- for Torres del Paine it is best to get a map beforehand as they do not give them out at the CONAF station and get petrol in Puerto Natales or Punta Arenas as there isnt any in the park. Streets in Puerto Natales have small signs with arrows either in both directions or one direction, which indicate if the street is one way or two way. Look out for these as they are easy to miss.

A very comfortable, warm stay in this lovely B&B. I really felt at home and was well looked after by Rodrigo and his family who went out of their way to ensure that your needs were attended to.

Keoken is a wonderful little B&B near the heart of town and the waterfront. The owners, Gloria and Rodrigo, were delightful and extremely helpful and engaging. They let us store our extra baggage while off in Torres Del Paine, and provided advice about the trek. The place cozy, clean, and quiet. I only wish we had decided to stay a little longer!

The couple who operate this place are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They recommended tours for the park on particular days due to weather and availability and had several options for us to consider. Provided directions and even restaurant recommendations in town. Rooms were comfortable and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was nice and they cooked eggs if you didn't depart to early.
