Facilities and staff members were excellent, except for the menu order. It took late to get the messages "the cuisine that you ordered is unavailable" from the restaurant's staff.
Some of the staff memebers at the hotel restaurant were so smart that he just remembered my name right away.

ALL of the staff was just so FREAKING AMAZING that i simply cannot say enough good things about them! They made me feel so incredibly welcome and appreciated during my entire stay!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such warm and inviting friendliness in a staff along with such satisfyingly helpful customer service! They provided me every luxury and accommodation available and i genuinely recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone staying in Manila Philippines!!! 5 stars!!!

What we like most about the property is the availability of parking, the cleanliness and the food. Although the price is a bit higher than the other star 3 hotels we find the place a safe place to leave in

Overall it was a good experience save for temperature control in room 1212. The room stayed quite warm despite the lowest setting in the AC.

Over all stay was very good. Room is spacious and clean. Check in was also very smooth and my booking was without glitch. Breakfast choice though was limited but still acceptable.

Service needs improvement. Service personnel lacked professional skills in dealing with hotel guests, except perhaps with the front desk which was generally helpful. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were generally okay but they lack professional skills to enforce policy that the guests were not aware of.

Typical Philippines service with an apology and a smile. Two important considerations based on the fact that this is a campus training hotel: (1) the area has few amenities, pretty poor neighborhood; and (2) as a training hotel the meals and services are limited. Business center was limited. Free breakfast buffer, but limited choices, and the lunch/dinner menu was limited. 1km walk to anything that looks like a restaurant (there is street food nearby, bars, and small coffeeshops too). 7-11 is near for minor purchases.

I had a really comfortable stay. The location was convenient as it's walking distance to the main highway and the train station, and the rooms were pretty okay for the affordable price.

Pleasant from start to finish pleasant quick and professional check in , welcome drink all staff very friendly, room very clean modern and comfortable breakfast one day great second ok . Rooftop pool clean pleasant but a bit small . Would recommend and will return and very good value for what you get even a small gym if you have time

First visit to Manila and the Philippines and I could not have picked a better hotel. Very attentive staff from the bell men, front desk, restaurant as well as housekeeping, they all knew me by name the first day. Definitely would stay again.
