There was a roach in my room when I called they said they were booked out and there was nothing to do. They called back saying i had 2 booking which I should not have. By this point our sleepy meds kicked in and not coherent enough to move since they said they didn't have rooms to begin with. The guy said come down for an adjustment on our bill. At check out the desk guy laughed and inquired about the breed of roach it was. When I stated that it was not funny he had me get in another line to check out to say they aren't going to adjust the room price. They girl says she would comp off our food charges, to find out she didn't even do that. I'm disgusted with the amount of dust in the room, the roach l, the disregard, and laughing at the situation, than to lie and not do any compensation after already trying to double charge me is disgusting and dishonest as company

I stayed here due to how close it was to the Convention Center, which is only an 8 minute walk. Reasonable price for the location, compared to the surrounding hotels. The rooms were quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. It includes a great breakfast and useful facilities. The only critique I have is I received a charge on my credit card without being sent the bill. I had to call for them to send it. Overall good experience!

Nice property. Friendly staff that held my luggage prior to checking in as well as checking out while I enjoyed my final day in San Juan. Was not made aware of a destination fee, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Still would stay again and recommend.

The cleaning people refused to clean my room. I checked on a Friday and checked out on Wednesday and my room got cleaned once. I inquired a few times about my room and nothing was done.

The property was nice, they need to work on the housekeeping. I stayed eight nights and 4 days there was no housekeeping came. Front desk was very nice and professional. Furniture in room is a little worn, and i did not like the fact that as guests of the hotel we had to pay for parking. For the price and name i expected a little better.

They charge a resort fee which is not a resort! They charge for parking! The place is clean, pool is nice need to be more on top of replenishment of towels. The staff needs to be more pleasant they all seem not want to be there only a few seem to be happy to assist. More options for breakfast.

Our room smelled like boiled armpits, but the hotel gave us a new room and all was good. Overall a nice hotel. We appreciated the shuttle and we enjoyed the pool. I believe the lady name is Paulina or something like that. She has amazing customer service!

I loved the location and the outdoor pool area. Perfect for traveling with children. Francisco excellent staff member friendly and accommodating. They have to work on housekeeping. My complaint is my room wasn’t cleaned one day. I complained and still wasn’t cleaned until next day almost 3pm. This was unacceptable I had to go to front desk for towels, wash clothes and toilet paper due to room not being cleaned.

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

Very clean some of the workers are patient with you. The area was very easy to get to other places. Very clean. Need to make sure to tell people if you book with this hotel you are close to the district and it gets loud at night. I didn’t get to go to sleep till 2 one night which is not good.

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was well-designed, especially the kids’ slides. We loved that there was a bar, and the burgers were juicy! We recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Great for kids and staff were nice, we stayed here with family in multiple rooms.
The room was spacious, we stayed in a King room with a pull out couch. The laundry on 5th floor was clean, a bit hot in the room as expected with 2 sets of washer/dryer. They were $3 each and they have quarters at the front desk, along with ALL free detergent for about $3 and change.
Breakfast was great, had lots of options. The only thing I would say is during breakfast the plates were a bit dirty, had to go through a few before find one that looked clean.
The food they had for purchase on the menu throughout the day was really good, especially the burger/fries!
We were also close to a lot of things, uber was cheap.
You have the tmobile districo right across the street in walking distance. They provide a shuttle from 9am-5:40pm, I believe, it goes to the tmobile districo, the beach, and old san juan.
Would stay here again, overall a great stay!
