Quick check in & out. Location Brillant. Staff very professional and so very friendly. Stayed TT Hotel on many occasions.

My check in and stay was ok. Safety was not a concern. Cleanliness was, in a shared bathroom setting with no soap or toileteries, but that wasn't enough aggravation for me. I was not expecting the lousy location, but I obviously wanted to have a modest experience with locals away from the city rush. I defied all American odds to eat street food, ride jeeps and bikes around Ermita and Intamural. The Time Traveler's hotel staff at my check in was highly professional and she even ordered Grab bikes for me while flying back and forth Boracay and Cebu. Things fell apart at check out when a different receptionist seeking to with hold by deposit asked room service to scout my room for any evidence of liability. To my disgust, they brought down two towels I had used during my 4 day stay which were never changed, and she then began to state that they'd be understanding enough to waive washing costs. Such malerky was ridiculously a rude and ignorant gesture which pissed off my 3-day tolerance of the 1/2 star motel.

Shoud reserve more than standard room is better of which has own bathroom & space wider. And not expensive. Ｌocation is not bad.

It was very convenient for my mom going to SLEC. And keep telling me that the front desk is very nice, very approachable & very accomodating. You guys need to hire more like her. She deserve a raise.

Quite ok for the price. Bit noisy until 3 am with the nightclub downstairs and the rowdy patrons shouting when they get kicked out. 7eleven is right next door and it is very close to bars and restaurants. You get what you pay for.

Had initially had a problem with room reservation. staff not willing to offer help and was not approachable or personable. Internet service sucks.

Speedy Check In. (Php750 refundable Deposit.) Reception/Security Staff very professional and friendly. Room 406 bigger than expected. Bed was very comfortable, bed sheets/towels very clean. Although room fixtures & fittings were a little dated all was working fine. The cleaniness was very good. There is a lift.

I have my brother stay at this property for his interview at the US Embassy. He liked that this is walkable and vibrant community with a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also accessible to transportation if you want to use the local transit.

This hotel did not met with price. Room was not cleaned for a while. Bathroom was full of dust webs what i cleared myself before going in, shower floors and walls were really slippery because there had not been cleaned for a while. There was previous customer trashes in closed what might be one of the reason there was a lot cockroaches and some of the was huge.
Then services in this hotel: wifi was really slow when it work, sometimes it did not, TV had 2 channel and they did not show anything in English, there is no night club what is mentioned in services. Positive is location.

I like the small open deck at the top. And it is located near to the place in need to go. Robinson mall, church, to supercare where i do my medical, and to the agency where i apply.

My room was roach infested. Roaches on the bed, all over the room. It was a roach infested room. The place was nasty, we had to move out on our first night there and move to a new hotel. I want a refund

I suggest the aircon not to be directed towards the bed. Better to Change the direction up the mirror so the whole room will get enough cooling. The blanket is even very thin.

The hotel was in a good location for exploring nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. (750P security deposit required at check-in.) The room was quite spacious and bed comfortable. The AC worked well but dripped quite a lot when set on cooler temperatures. The hot water worked well, but not much pressure. 7-11 next door was super convenient. Only complaint would be the WiFi, which required daily vouchers per device and even when connected, did not work well at all in the room, slightly better in lobby. Overall, an adequate hotel for a short stay!

Time Travellers is a budget hotel in Ermita, it is good value for money, I was surprised at how large the room was. The staff were helpful and friendly.I felt safe and comfortable there. It is also in the location where I wanted to be.

Fair location for Ermita area. Room was fairly clean with few amenities. The bed had only a sheet and when we asked for a blanket they asked for an additional fee,
