We booked the trip for the indoor pool but it was too cold in the pool/pool area, so we did not get to enjoy it. Other then that everything else was great!! Rooms were really comfy. Did not hear any outside noise and even the hallways were quiet. Breakfast was great also. Got to meet some people during breakfast and had some nice conversation. Liked that it was pet friendly so we met some friendly dog's as well

This is my go to place in Aberdeen. Always clean and very friendly staff ESPECIALLY the lady I assume is head of housekeeping. She checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything at breakfast! That was very appreciated!

Everything about our stay was top notch! All of the facilities & the rooms were newly remodeled and it was so nice. I loved all the extras that were provided like the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion. The breakfast was good and nicely presented with attention to detail throughout. The bed & pillows were great and our stay was super relaxing!

when I went in and checked in the young lady at the desk, the only thing she would say ID and credit card. for what ID and credit card. the room was paid for she would not state for incidentals, I had to ask credit card for what.

The hotel was beautiful. Well maintained. The staff was excellent. Julie checked me in and was exceedingly professional and caring. It was a very nice first impression.
However, no fault of the hotel. There was no electricity available after a storm that meant no Wi-Fi no battery charging no telephone no TV

The location where we stayed was very convenient to the other areas where we were visiting. Breakfast was very nice. We were on the first floor near the check-in desk and every night was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again when in that area.

This was a fabulous hotel. One of the best places I ever stayed close to Havre De Grace Md. This will be the hotel I always will be booking. Lovely staff and wonderful breakfast bar. Talked to Lady in charge of Breakfast bar. She was a pleasure to be around. Very sweet and kept everything filled. Great asset to this hotels.

Clean and comfortable- check in was slow, desk clerk seemed annoyed that we had our dog, though we’ve stayed there previously with dog. Tv remote didn’t work, and tv kept losing signal.

Had everything I looked for. Friendly staff, very well appointed room with plenty of USB chargers. Pristine fitness center with all equipment in good working order. Excellent complementary breakfast. Comfy bed. Window sheet that could make the room absolutely dark when you pulled them down.

Needed a clean, quiet place to sleep prior to embarking early the next morning, and that’s exactly what I got. Easy check-in, nice room with a comfortable bed and a fair price.

I felt there was a fair amount of neglect in maintaining the cleanliness of the public spaces. The rugs in hallways and on staircases were filthy, outdoor trash receptacles were full to overflowing, and the elevator floor where a drink had been spilled remained sticky and dirty during the evening hours and into the morning-though I had reported it twice to the front desk.
The sound insulation between rooms was inadequate and I had overhear a long business call or zoom meeting in the next room lasting past 11 pm. I wish I had know I'd been assigned to a suite with a door between the rooms that let a lot of sound in.

The evening check in person was amazing. He couldn’t offer me a different room (only one left was right near the elevator and the ice machine). He went to the back and offered me earplugs but said I probably wouldn’t need them. The room was very quiet. He offered a menu for a local restaurant and provided his favorite options. So personable and welcoming. Sorry I didn’t catch his name but this was on 10/21.
