A little bit of a hidden gem in agreat location, close to Wat Arun (1 mile ) and across the river from the grand palace. You can take a ferry to both of those. Dining options are ok in the next door market. Clean and nice rooms, quiet too except when the school is in session. The noise did not bother us, I think noise and Asia go together. The pool area is lovely and shaded.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location for sightseeing. Staff exceptional nice. A big thanks to kwan, joy and beard (pronounce bird) from restaurant-bar for their kindness.

This was truly a wonderful hotel and the room was well sound-proofed - the only negative was there were several schools in the area and they used loudspeakers so it was quite noisy outside the room itself. Breakfast was amazing from the "egg station" to the fresh fruit, granola, plenty of hot dishes and some salads. Of course there is a lot of meat being Thailand! The pool was lovely, and the grounds were serene, and we thoroughly recommend a stay here. The ferry was easy to catch to cross the river, currently for 4.5 baht a crossing, when we visited the Grand Palace. This is a great location to be in.

Very nice and clean hotel. Location is very convenient, easy access to everything, and peaceful. Staffs are extremely nice and accommodated. Overall, it's very valuable and over our expectation.

Breakfast is brilliant

Theatre residence is next to the river and Pranock pier so easy to get around using the boats. On the first day we spent a lot of time just using the hop on and hop off. If we were more in the centre we would have been less likely to use them. Also Wang Lang market is so near and the food is so good. Lovely hotel with a lovely breakfast. Staff were also so friendly.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Itravel frequently but rarely leave reviews, but I can't pass up the opportunity to recommend this hotel. It is in a fantastic location that is close to all the major sites of Bangkok but off the beaten track. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant is right on the river and a great place to start and end your busy days seeing Bangkok. The owners are clearly very thoughtful about giving back to the local community, which also feels great as a guest. This is THE place to stay in Bangkok.

The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The arrangements are thoughtful. They even provide two different sizes of hangers. There is a riverside restaurant. The food is delicious.

The riverfront location is very nice, and the breakfasts are excellent.

I booked this hotel for five nights as I was in BKK for medical treatment. When I arrived, I noticed that the room smelled moldy, and the AC was very old. As someone with chronic illness, and a high sensitivity to mold, I could not stay in the room. I went straight back to the front desk and explained my situation, and they said no problem smiled and waved me off. A few days later, I noticed they charged me $518usd for the 5 nights. I called the hotel and for 3 days they insisted that hotels.com was responsible for the refund, Hotels.com said the general manager of the hotel was the only one who could release the funds. A former member of the Thai tourist police called the hotel every day for six days, until finally, the general manager would speak to him. The GM refused to refund any of the money stating “policy”. Any policy that would force someone to stay in a room that would make them physically ill, otherwise take their money, is ablest. I have been living in Asia and traveling to Thailand for 12 years and have never experienced anything so disgraceful. The Hotel clearly knew the situation and were very comfortable to take a lot of money from a sick person. 5 minutes at this hotel cost me $518. Not the way Thailand should be welcoming back tourists.

Front desk and the guys who help with the luggage were wonderful and helpful. I appreciate they held our luggage for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The location and area is safe. There is a airport shuttle for a fee. It did say free online for me. I ended up paying which was not much. Close to pier and markets. Overall it was a great stay.

This property is absolutely amazing! A very calm and serene area with the local market within walking distance. Only a short ferry ride across the river to the grand palace and a beautiful temple right beside it! Me and my husband never wanted to leave! The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was super helpful and very nice!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Property is walking distance tobtje Wang Lang Market for unlimited food and shopping. It's a local people's market so the prices are reasonable. The property is next to a school which is very loud during the weekdays. Try to ask for a room on another side. Otherwise we had a great stay. Breakfast at the riverside was very beautiful in the morning.

Nice clean place at a good location

Nice modern hotel in great location for exploring Bangkok. Good restaurant right on the river. Good staff. Close to boat docks and Wang Lang market area with good restaurants with river views.

The hotel room was very clean and nice. The restaurant view was my favourite part about the property- you can watch the boats on the river. Staff was very helpful and curious. Golf drove me to an atm machine when I needed money which was very nice. I thought I’d had lost a bag after I’d left the hotel and the reception was very helpful in helping me try to locate it through the taxi (turns out I hadn’t lost the bag, just didn’t realize I had it with me).

Rooms were spacious and modern. A restaurant on the river was mostly good. The restaurant/bar oddly closed too early. A large shopping market is next to this hotel and was convenient and lots of variety. The smoking area wasn't the best. Overall, I would recommend this place.
