Hostal La Base was very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I stayed here twice on the bookends of my trip and highly recommend. Great location to the bus station and restaurants and markets within walking distance. Breakfast was a buffet and more food than I expected.

We had an incredible experience at Hostal La Base! We were very well taken care of by the staff and the location in Puerto Natales was excellent. The facilities were very clean and perfect for our group. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Hostal le Base is a great place to stay. The staff are both friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the clientele were all very respectful of noise so we had very comfortable sleeps. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

La Base is one of the best stays that I had in my last trip. The staff exuded remarkable hospitality, always there with a helping hand. The cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, creating a comforting and inviting ambiance. The warmth of the place, coupled with the consistently excellent hot water, made for a truly delightful stay. And let's not forget the breakfast – truly exceptional!

It was very cozy, clean hostal.Maria Claudia is so sweet and very accomodating.Shes very friendly as well .Booked already for our next stay in a week! Walking distance to the bus station, downtown and laundry place!

Service was excellent, breakfast adequate, location was very convenient for transportation. The only thing that might be able to improve is that the window of my room was not sealed well, wind kept blowing in and right over my bed at night, which was a bit cold, I wore my down jacket to sleep. After all it is Patagonia.

Great little place within walking distance of the bus terminal. Puerto Natales is a small town so you can easily walk from here downtown to shops and restaurants. Only issue we had was with checkin. Make sure you keep them updated of your arrival time. The door is locked and there’s not always someone at the front desk.

Closer to bus station and not center of town or waterfront, but everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was alright. Shower did not work right. Room was a bit noisy with wind and other guests. Overall was a good stay.

I booked 2 nights; my first arriving in patagonia, my second, leaving.the first night I told them i would arrive late and they said that was ok, but when i arrived they didn't answer. it appears they did but i arrived after my stated estimate so they thought i was a no showthey did NOT charge mewhen i arrived my second booked night coming home, everything was good. clean room, close to amenities and dining. good breakfast

this property was great! the staff was so nice and helpful, its a good location in relation to the bus station and a short walk to anything in town. the shower has great water pressure and the beds are very comfortable. the only thing is that the walls are thin so its very loud when other travelers arrive/depart. otherwise loved our stay!!

Facilities were old but clean, quiet, and warm. Again, after a week of camping, anything probably seems clean, quiet, and warm! We though it was a good value for the price. If I were staying in the city more than one day, I'd probably look for something nicer, but for one night, this was perfect. Staff was very nice.

Fantastic location easy walk to waterfront and best restaurants. Clean, basic room. WiFi good. Only problem was maintaining water temp in shower. Overall, for the money this is a good deal.

The first time I stayed the room was clean and the staff helpful. I booked a second time but my reservation didn’t go though with Expedia, so I arrived and there was no room, the La Base staff did go above and beyond to help me find a new place and it was appreciated

Seemed like the bedding wasn't washed, was a dirty room, bed was wrecked, breakfast area was dark, the place just sucks, there's so many Hostals in town do yourself a favor and find another.
