VERY NICE POOL

I loved this place. Pool is amazing and watching the fast boats on the river. River watching. Maybe a little away from nightlife, but great for me.

Our flight was late so we only stayed one evening. The hotel was very nice but check in was a little long after a day at an airport. They only used confirmation numbers. We had 8 people checked in under to reservation numbers. Without the numbers they could not find the reservations. It was tiresome.

Hotel is located near the airport and offers a free transfer to an from the hotel Staff are very friendly and polite Room was spacious with great bathroom Definitely would recommend if you have a late or early flight

I expect a hotel room to provide some peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, at Divalux our room was so noisy that we could constantly hear other guests. Additionally, a door lock beeped almost continuously throughout the evening, night, and morning. Despite several hotel staff passing by, no one investigated or addressed the noise.

Great place too stay after I long flight to Thailand or before flying home. The rooms are big and equipped with everything. There's not much to see outside the hotel but you have enough inside the hotel to keep you busy, great swimming pool, restaurant that's open 24hours with excellent food, bar with pooltable, big fitness room and excellent spa centre

A bit worn down. Nic enough room. A bit noise in the early morning from many pigeons just outside. Many cockroaches at the restaurant outside area and staff not doing anything about it.

I checked in this hotel with no advanced reservations after going to earlier hotel and seeing the conditions of the hotel even though it was booked and I was paid for I walked out as the pool was full of algae I came into this place and I was totally surprised I loved it and will probably always stay here the night before I have to go back to America from Bangkok Am I even like staying there for a few days just to be there

Shuttle buses they operate every hour , no one to inform customers or to text message to inform when is shuttle bus coming,the room was clean but shower was blocked some of the soapy water was there and didn’t feel clean, staff was very helpful and understanding (10/10). Regards Hasim Cura

The staff was friendly but not able to help you very much. This hotel has a great pool and pool bar. The hotel seems to get you to stay with a low nightly rate, but once there everything else is very expensive. I asked for a cab when leaving and they wouldn’t get a local taxi when I asked they charged me an outrageous amount for their supplied taxi. They also had two places for breakfast and looked to me like they were having one race of people in one location and all of the other races in another location. I will never stay at this hotel again

Incredible service, nice pool and facilities, and food was amazing. Because it was a 5* resort, I do have a couple of small things that I think could have been done better: There was no filter machine I could see for drinking water at the the provided gym (an issue if you drink many litres like me during a workout), and the lights outside the rooms attract loads of mosquitoes, so when you open the door some inevitably get in. I would still rate the stay 5 stars but these points could be improved upon.

Great spa resort near the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing kitchen, food was tasty. Although near airport, traffic is very bad from the hotel to the airport and viceversa. Hotel offers shuttle, but make sure you’re okay with the traffic delays. If not, this might not be the best option. Pool was nice. And spa was great too.

From the outside it looked amazing. Needed some TLC. The shower head came unscrewed. There was random sewage smells. There was an underwater pool light that had came out with electrical showing under water. The restaurant had great food. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and tranquil.

Great hotel for the price and amazing resort pool.

I had cockroaches in my room, there was a long black hair in the pizza (which we fortunately didn’t have to pay for). The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning couldn't cool it down. The shower was dirty and there was mold clinging to the corners at the bottom. For the money we paid, I expected more...

We enjoyed our stay

This hotel offers good value for the price. It's fairly close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. We left at 6am and arrived at the airport within 15 minutes, but it can take longer depending on the time of day, so plan accordingly. The buffet dinner was good and the swim up bar offers cocktails and lunch items. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Just know that the hotel is somewhat isolated with not much around within walking distance. All is all, I can enthusiastically recommend this hotel; we will return soon!

I was driving back to Koh Samui from Bangkok and this property is about at the halfway mark. So I chose this as my rest stop for the evening. It is not too far off of route 4 so it is quite convenient. I checked in at about 10:30pm. Check-in was quick and easy, except the front desk would not accept credit card payment, so I was forced to do a bank transfer. If you book this hotel online, you can prepay on the booking site with a credit card. I chose to pay at the property. The rooms are like small independent huts that are clean and comfortable, the bed was also comfortable and the sheets were of nice quality. The bathroom had a separate shower and a very large jacuzzi tub. All in all it was perfect after a long days’ drive. I slept very well and got up early in the morning to continue my road trip, so I didn’t have a chance to make use of any other facilities. But I did visit the beach and the beachside pool looked very nice with a scenic view of the ocean. I will stay here again on my next drive north. Recommended.

I booked this hotel because we arrived in Bangkok around 11 pm and had to take another fight to Phuket at 7 am. It wasnt that far from the airport . I wished i never booked this place because they gave us a king room on the first floor… it smelled and there was roaches in the room. We found one in the washroom and one in the bedroom. I never felt more disgusted. I made sure to close my suitcase and kept all the lights on as I had no choice because it was late and we travelled for 26 hours and was tired. I definitely wouldnt recommend it at all to anyone. Lobby is nice - staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing else positive to add. Sorry
