Great location, last minute room near this area for appointment early morning and same say flight. But my room has non bath shower gel or shampoo and we were 2pp

I was looking for one night and I ended up staying longer. I came with my family. We love it. Thank you

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment since there were 5 of us. There was No electricity each night for several hours. They blamed the tropical storm which had passed over a week before. When I called them to book it, they assured me the electricity was working fine. They lied. There was little to no water pressure. We could not shower. WiFi was not working either. We could not watch TV or work on our computer. When we called to have them compensate us at least partly for all of the inconvenience, they would not. I had to call Expedia and only through them were we able to transfer to another hotel. Expedia refunded us for the remaining days. Management never called to try to work with us. DO NOT STAY HERE! Just awful.

I truly loved my stay here. The people in the area were wonderful. The room was tidy and well kept there was hot. Water showers were nice and the bed was clean. There was many restaurants to choose from four minute. Walk from the beach with nice shade. The Coffee was amazing. It was missing the hot tub and The area has chickens and roosters that will wake you up at four in the morning exactly. Still I really enjoyed my stay here and I recommend anyone to come and truly feel like you’re part of the community. thank you for the stay and I enjoyed my time there.

Good location, near the beach and local stores. The room they provided me was #11 and the door didn't lock, the lock was broken son the door stayed open the whole time, there was some windy weather and kept openig the door. I advised them, they acknowledge the issues and never got back to me and never fix it or change me to another the room.

The room very small and the window dont have curtain. ..

The housekeeping opens my door without my authorization when I’m still in the room and not request any room service and when both of them asked for, I told that I don’t need it and then both open my door without permission

Easily accessible and convenient for a layover

I really liked the decor around the property, it was very nice to take pictures with. The only thing I would have liked was larger trash cans in the room since only the small bathroom trash can was provided

This is the second time I stayed at The Pelican and I like bow spacious the rooms are, Housekeeping available everyday and close to the beach which I love.

Door wouldn't lock, property owner didn't respond promptly... no staff on site

This property is at a convenient location. The rooms are cold and spacious. A few things I did not like was that there was only one garbage can, our soap was not filled. We also did not get any water in our fridge as was stated. The metal shower drain was also lifting and could’ve easily cut someone. Overall, it was good.

Don’t like air conditioning is not working , and I call service and told me he can’t due anything I’m paid for something good with air don’t have any fan nothing don’t like nothing.

Upon arrival door was half way open. The lock did not work. Walked out and chose another place.

Rooms were nothing like the photos on line. They were practically bare, Just a bed and a tiny table. And the area outside was very bad, Cheap gate to get in and very Poor lighting. Then the day before I left a couple was given my room and they entered the door code and opened my door. I was sitting on my bed eating. I was Very frightened! The housekeeping were very nice and they were accommodating, as best as they could.

It was a decent place.

The property need more tender loving care, looks very old, I had to buy a mistolin to mop the floors, also some sheets have stain, the place overall was quiet, but need more maintenance, the coffee machine was dirty as well.
