This place is a gem! Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities shopping district (Pratunam Area) within 10-20. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok.

We have the wonderful stay here. The room is very comfortable and has everything for the stay. The location is convenience, walking distance to pratunam area. We have the great stay and highly recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel more than half a year ago because of the good reviews, which I think the good reviews were from the stays before covid as the hotel was still new and in good condition. I slowly started to see many bad reviews coming in after my booking. But I couldn’t cancel it due to non-cancellation policy. So our group just hoped that we shouldn’t be so unlucky to encounter a bad experience. I booked a junior suite with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 5 adults which I assumed Expedia or the hotel would charge accordingly based on the numbers of people and got basic amenities for 5 people. I also double confirmed with them through WhatsApp but hotel didn’t mention any extra charges for the 5th person. When we realised that short of one blanket and towel, we requested from the receptionist, the girl just replied me ….. my manager says…my manager says……they charged 200 baht for the blanket. I then WhatsApp to the manager, he/she replied that I can request but they can don’t accept. He/she said that other customers paid their room with extra person but our room didn’t. What a ridiculous explanation. I booked for 5 persons yet you just charged for 4. We decided not to argue further to spoil our holidays. One of us just used few of the towels as a blanket for 5 nights as all of us brought our own towels. The floor are very dirty, got to wear shoes in the room. No housekeeping unless you request for every 2 days. We will not come back again.

The hotel was very central to all the local markets and food places yet set back slightly so relatively a quiet street so peaceful and quiet at night. Felt safe at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good condition. We would recommend

I was charged too much ($170) for a room in a building that was poorly located (you have to walk around 20 minutes to reach a main street with options for food and shopping). Terrible noise insulation, so difficult to sleep when you hear the music and noises coming from the next room.

A very relaxing stay in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Pratunam A 5 minute walk will get you to the Phrayathai Station, The apartment is beautiful, and very much lives up to the photos. The family suite is so perfect when you come with the family. We will definitely come back again for sure, highly recommend for big group to book the family suite unit.

The hotel is located walking distance from the markets. Very good value for the $$ paid. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, downstairs area where breakfast is is clean. Breakfast is cereal, eggs, ham. There are some snacks and water available on the rooms and downstairs free.

Siam Nitra place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the Siam Square, MBK and Platunam Center. Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport BTS Rachatewi and Airport Train! The whole place made us feel at ease. Reception and Staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

Very responsive, welcoming, kind and helpful staffs! The condition of the room is great and very worthwhile. The bathroom and toilet are very clean. Just that the water pressure of the water is low for bath. Other than that all is perfect.

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable.Perfectly for a big group! The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that Nimit Boutique Hotel made sure that the apartment is very clean. For the price , I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

The pic is as per shown inside the Expedia. Pleasant stay for 5 days with family of 4 adults.. The room is spacious & clean. However, there is no wardrobe,maybe should have wall mounted hangers & also additional table/chair. The counter staffs(both ladies) are helpful & nice! Special thanks to Ms Goon who had assisted us in booking the Grab in midnight & instructed the driver in Thai to send both my bro & dad to A&E, really appreciate that.. :)

Close to the market to buy all the needs. However water flow of the shower is inadequate. If you will attend this issue I will come back to your property and also breakfast to be upgraded.

This is a relatively new hotel. Fantastic service from the friendly staff! The hotel provides free snacks, coffee and refreshments. You can also refill your water. We love the nice size rooms. My friends and I had a comfortable stay!

Absolutely fantastic value for a family of 5 adults. This place is very clean and is as good as it looks as per on the website. Beds are comfy and clean. There is a private rooftop terrace garden which is accessible from inside this apartment which was a great surprise. You can see some of surrounding building light up at night. While the location is hidden off the main street, once you find it, its easy to get to. Hotel is walking distance to a few big shopping malls, the night markets and street food stalls, plus most of the popular fast food outlets such as, Maccas, Burger King and Starbucks. Highly recommend this place.

Great location close to the large shopping malls. Also very close to the BTS making it easy to get around in the city. The room is spacious, cozy and warm welcome. The receptionist is also very happy to helps us! we have the wonderful time here

It is very near the Tourist attraction (Pratunam Shopping district, Central World). The whole place made us feel at ease.
