The overall property is good. But this room is horrible.

When I arrived, it was a sublet of Greenline Inn. Not on a clean or safe location. There is no customer service, the rude woman at the desk told me to call a number on a business card that would not answer. Then she stated I could only check in one person though the reservation and confirmation clearly stated I had 2 adults in my group. The RUDE woman refused to answer questions. How is she employed? Don’t waste your time in this HELL HOLE!

Let me say first off. I purchase a hotel room on expedia.com. And when I got there they told me I had to pay an extra Down deposit and I didn't see on the Expedia that I need to pay them a $100. Then the Front desk personnel requested me not have kids under sixteen and must have six people over the age of sixteen to even check in.

Terrible Exp! They throw your stuff without your permission, they threw my food bought last evening kept in a bag placed on a table!! they threw my shoe bag and food telling me that "they thought" it's trash. Zero privacy anytime anyone including staff and manager brad will enter the room even without normal Courtesy of knocking the door or seeking permission. I had booked a female dormitory and they alloted me mixed one i was the only girl with rest of the boys ,i requested but manager Brad was super rude and he threaten me of police when I objected and i said i am not comfortable in staying in with boys in a mixed one.the place is located on highway with hardly food option available except 1-2. Not safe to walk alone after 11pm.. will never recommend for girls..

Did not stay here . I made numerous efforts to cancel but was still charged without explanation . Not happy with the experience at all

room dirty and a mess, my bed was not ready and completely dirty, nobody helped me to change the sheets and only bring me some pillow sheets and a towel to use

beside that it is not as clean as it should be its a nice place

paid for my room and by the time i got there to check in they gave my bed away and didn’t find me another or issue a refund. i had to sleep in my car.

There were prostitutes out front. I chose the dorm style room and it was filthy. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. Someone was trying to break into the room from the outside window. I went to the front desk to notify them of the ongoing break in attempt. I booked a room in another hotel and left.

First of all it's not a hostel but a motel where they have rented 4 rooms. Got told to leave the room for cleaning and when I came back the carpet and bathroom floor was still dirty. No cleaning of corridors after maintenance (first next day). I had to go to the front almost everyday to get a new key card as it gets reset everytime a new one check in. The area doesn't feel too safe in the evening. Thank god it at least was cheap

The ease of use was nice. I really only needed the bed storage for my luggage. They never told me I would have to pay to stash my stuff behind the desk... the secure storage spaces in the room are totally way too small for anyone traveling with anything more than just a backpack. Be warned.

they take a deposit 50 dollers and they said we will retern it back to you in three days but they didn't

Dirty bathrooms, there's no lighting in the bedrooms (only small lamps) dirty bed sheets (I asked them to change and they said they were clean and wouldn't change), no one at the reception can solve problems, you have to call a number to try to solve it. Don't recommend it at all.

Super dirty rooms located in Orlando's high crime area

The entire hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, The bathroom in the room was seriously disgusting - black mold all over the ceiling and walls and a dirty, beat-up bathtub. I decided to try the bathroom in the lobby because the in-room bathroom was so unpleasant but there was no toilet paper, paper towels (or hand dryer) and no soap. It looked as though they never stock those items. There was a security guard that patrolled the lobby who wore a bullet proof vest, which felt really unsettling. The breakfast that's included was terrible too. The only thing this hotel does well is marketing. The photograph of the pool is accurate looking. The pool does look that nice, but it wasn't open during the hours it was supposed to be and when I inquired, the front desk said "yeah, it should be open in an hour (which was an hour and a half after it was supposed to open). No explanation beyond that, just a flippant response with no apology. I have never left a bad review on any site, but I feel I need to share my experience. Even if you're on a tight budget, I strongly recommend you look into booking somewhere else.

Bposhtels only care about taking your money without any service at all. A crazy woman was into the room when I came in to sleep at 12 am, thought it was another guest as usual, but she started asking for money, threatening, pushing me If I say no, left toilet paper with blood at the bathroom, she was dangerous!. I went to the front desk to report this issue and they could not do anything because THERE IS NO ONE FROM THE HOSTEL THERE. The hostel rents 4 rooms from Garnet Inn & Suites and then sale the beds. That´s ok, all of us using a hostel service know about this figure and accept it. Nevertheless, there is NO ONE who can support there. That´s why when I went to the front desk they told me to call 911 because they can not kick any one out because WE WERE NOT THEIR GUESTS......... It was 1 am, I left the room and went out to look for a safer place to rest. Sent my report next day to Bposhtels whatsapp and they answered "You should have called us no matter the hour of the day, that lady was not our guest, but as you left with no notice we could not sale your bed, so we won´t refund anything to you". They only care about sale their beds, they do not care about you as customer. Please look for something else different from this hostel, I know it might be the cheapest at Orlando, but not the safest for sure!. Terrible experience, I feel robbed and ignored as customer, when I did nothing wrong. It is not my fault that Bposhtels do not provide security and any service at all!!

I like the bunk beds and shared rooms and walking around the hotel was nice and it was near a few good food places

Clean rooms, wonderful staff.

The bathroom tub was very dirty. I forgot how many people snore so it was hard to sleep. The bunkbeds are not very stable and every time the person moved below you you moved as well. Sharing a small hotel room with six people with one bathroom is not something I would ever do again.

Convenient!!! Made few friends!
