Great place to stay for business trips! Right next to the airport which is super convenient. The staff was friendly and the amenities are nice. Loved hanging out with Milton the cat he was pretty cool!

Television was not working

Always great ! There was a special event booked when I had to extend my trip but the front desk staff worked to make sure I got the room I wanted ! Great staff ! Great management! Highly recommend

The hotel is priced well, staff is friendly, but the front doors were broken, the elevators were broken so I had to use a service elevator and they can't seem to make the door key cards function for more than two days at at time.

Hotel and service ok but the elevators were out of order we had to use the service elevator and the bar didn't serve alcohol.

The Ontario Airport Hotel and Convention Center is in a good location and the room was clean. We had a bad check in experience last time we stayed here a month ago, but this time it went very quick and smooth. With that said, they have some severe maintenance issues: 1. The sliding double doors in front did not work. They used a single door which was fine, but difficult to get a cart through. 2. The elevators were hit and miss. The second day of our stay, they had signage directing us to the maintenance elevator which was not kept. 3. My door key didn’t work. I had to go back down the non working elevator situation to get it reprogrammed. 4. The TV wouldn’t turn off. I ended up unplugging it. 5. The hot water is plumbed backwards. Normally on that type of faucet of the type all the way up is hot. 6. The outlet on one of the lamps did not work. Normally if it was any one of these items alone, no biggie. But when they all occurred during our stay, it points to a bigger problem.

Elevators don’t work, key cards don’t work! I think the staff did the best they could with what they had. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to friends or family.

The check in was easy, Christina was wonderful! The hotel rooms are very dated, very 90s/2000s. The bed was just OK, they put a pollowtop on it to help, which it did for a night but flattened out easily, a multple stay night would have provided a rough sleep. Water pressure was good. Conference center in a deluxe king room with no USB ports is a shame. Also, no chairs on the balcony, we specifically booked the room for the balcony so this was a dissappointment. 7 out of 10 overall.

It was a great quiet place and friend staff check in and out was awesome and quick they only issue was there was no hot water when we showered

It is currently our home away from home, we love the staff, the bartenders, the rooms. Weve been going there for the last 5 months a couple of times a month, and we feel so comfortable there.

I loved the view as I stayed on the 10th floor. But I was disappointed that my room had no complimentary waters to accommodate the coffee machine 😌

The front desk staff are pleasant and attentive The only thing I have problems with are the TVs some need to be replaced and shampoo carpets It’s smelly But I’ve enjoyed my stays when I come for a visit with grandkids

First of all online I chose this hotel because it said there was shuttle service to Ontario airport Which there was not. There were no vending machines whatsoever and limited access to snacks. Our room said it had a balcony and I guess in a sense it did but it LITERALLY walked out and when you’re on your balcony you’re also in the lobby of the hotel. I did not like that. Finally, there’s a diarrhea warning sign on the pool where the handicap pool access chair does not work.

If I didn’t get charged an early check in fee for arriving at 1:45 I would have been more pleased with my stay. $120 for the night but $50 to check in early is a joke. Most places are a 2:00 check in time. Room was nothing special. Not even a mini fridge. Not the worst place ever, just had a bad experience from the start
