Awesome property at best location for theme parks and other attractions

Overall our stay wasn’t the worst. The staff was super friendly but our room was not 100% great. The first night, there were roaches and we found out that one of the televisions did not work properly. The toilet seat was also loose or broken because it would move when we would sit on it. The bathroom itself was nice and spacious EXCEPT where the toilet was. It was the smallest area I have ever seen.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Overall the amenities and hotel were great. I do wish they would do away with the carpeted rooms. They carry a smell and dirty feel. But other than that we will be back. Definitely recommend.

Spacious and lovely! A perfect spot for our family of four to stay while we visited the theme parks in Orlando. Property was well cared for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening.

Room was huge. There were two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with two twin size beds. There were two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all supplies, a living room, dining table and even laundry facilities. It was truly an amazing room. The down side for us was that was that the resort didn’t offer shuttle services to any of the theme parks. The WiFi left much to be desired. The cell reception wasn’t great being on the 1st floor. There is a great pizza deli on campus of the resort and if you need any necessities there is a gift shop. We didn’t try any of the pools but they seemed nice. The resort was a bit pushy to sell you a timeshare at their vacation club. I wasn’t a huge fan of that but overall it was a great stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned but bathroom was not cleaned well.

The bartender Marwen is literally the best part about this place. And this resort is great. But Marwen… he is truly special.

Room was nice and clean, great service, we really enjoyed our stay 10 out of 10.

Upon arrival we were truly blown away by the beautiful accommodation. Our stay was beyond our expectations. The kind staff, beautiful pool and the comfortable rooms made our stay even better. Thank you and we will come back!

BE PREPARED FOR A 230$ HOLD THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE BACK UNTIL A WEEK AFTER CHECK OUT! Beautiful hotel. Excellent bathroom. Our room had a jaccuzi tub in it which we LOVED. Everything in the pictures is accurate. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are a little confusing to understand but love the pools and hot tubs.

My overall experience was great. We were two adults traveling for Disney parks only. The king bed with kitchenette had everything we needed for example: in the bedroom we had extra covers and pillows ( voice of down or foam) and the bed was comfortable The kitchenette was fully loaded with a little bit of everything- Salt pepper, coffee filters, sugar, milk, utensils, dinner plates and glasses, cups, casseroles and pans. All the necessities to clean even has one gain laundry soap for one load. The was sheer driers are on second floor of each building! The store beer pool has everything $$$ such as food ,drink ,soap for laundry etc etc beer wine coffee.... yeah they have everything. Make sure to go through the whole unit and little shop meet the pool to see what they give you before running out to the WINDIXIE ( like a IGA or small Loblaws ) and shop for food and extras goods. The bathroom is also fully loaded with soap and shampoo and hair drier. I'd come back to that hotel anytime! It's close to all parks and restaurants and Walgreens, a Wawa ... really perfect spot for us Montrealers The only negative is when your unit is facing the pool it can be quite loud until late so bring some ear plugs you'll thank me for it. All depends the time of year and if the hotel is full pack or not. We were there the la of day weekend and do it was loud but after that nice and calm.. you know what they say life is like a box of chocolate..😜 September first week 2024
