The hotel was great! The room seemed a bit worn, but the beds and bathroom were clean. The hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks from the Cavern Quarter, and only a 30 min walk to Liverpool Cathedral. Breakfast had lots of options, and the employees were very nice!

It’s only ok. It’s very basic, good location but wasn’t worth the money we paid for one night, maybe it’s cheaper when there is no match on? Room was tired and the window was looking out at a dirty service area. Breakfast was really expensive and you’re sat in the lobby eating it so we didn’t bother. I wouldn’t stay there again

I had a great stay at the Ibis Styles. It’s very convenient to everything. The breakfast is good, but I wish they would change it up a little.

Really beautiful and cozy place in the centre of Liverpool.
The rooms are in Beatles style, quite large and confortable, the shower is very big and comfortable too. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice between full English breakfast and other options.
I would definitely return!

This hotel is cute and comfortable. The lobby is a nice place for coffee or a snack. My room was small but perfect for just one person or a couple. It was quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Great location for my event at St. Georges hall. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't end up staying there because i couldnt get parked (just what you need after a hard days work when all you want is a shower and food)total lack from hotels .com and ibis that the recommended parking that is subsidised by the hotel has a height restriction so if your in anything bigger than a car you cant use it

Great service at the ibis Styles Dale Street. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. This is a dog-friendly hotel and it was worth the £10 per dog charge - there was plenty of space for our 2 dogs in the room and we appreciated being able to bring them to breakfast with us. We’d definitely stay here again - a perfect location for sight-seeing and shopping with subsidised parking just around the corner.

Really disappointed I understand it is a cheap hotel but come on! We arrived in our room to a horrible sewage smell, our sink didn’t drain properly so the sink would be full of water for hours. Upon unpacking our stuff I found a foil wrapper for some ibuprofen so cleanliness wasn’t amazing. One good point was the location, within 10 minutes of Matthew street, Liverpool one and then Albert dock.

We thought £269.00 for one night with no breakfast was very overpriced and no doubt inflated because of the Taylor Swift concert at Anfield Stadium.

First time in Liverpool, first time at Ibis; Gentle Friendly staff, super quiet, safe for travellers with exterior & interior security features, super cute stylish functional room design, super clean, nice continental breakfast with protein options, nice simple bites menu and full bar options available for reasonable cost, love the coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine! Almost everything walkable, and steps to subway.

Room way too small and basic, maybe if you stay a couple of days is ok but we stayed 8. There is no place to put luggage on, to open your bag or hang a coat. Only the bed, that’s it. Didn’t mind it was a windowless room because one can sleep soundly. Housekeeping is only every 3 days

Great stay would happily recommend to all. Convenient cheap parking, easy quick check in. Room was spacious clean and secure with good sound proofing (you couldn't hear the usual neighbours letting doors slam!).
Location was really convenient for all tourist destinations in the city with plenty of restaurant choices for all pockets near by.
Will definitely stay here again when needed.
