Accommodation was excellent. Your staff member Kieran was extremely helpful when we encountered a problem with the lift.

Not being informed there was an issue with the lift. A member of our party is badly asthmatic and basically had to live on her pump for the two days (apartment 9)……

The apartment was damp and smelled of damp. There should be adequate ventilation and openable windows. The extract units in the bathrooms didnt work and there was evidence of water damage on the hall ceilings walls and floor. I think this has been mentioned in previous reviews and nothing has changed.

It was very warm and stuffy but to be expected in the summer. Air con/fans would be good.

Great location. Once block from museums along the river in downtown and only several blocks from multiple dining establishments, shopping, activities, etc. Only a few block walk from train station as well.

Noise. The description mentioned there maybe elevated noise due to location but that is an understatement. The windows in the unit did nothing to reduce road noise or bird noise. This unit is on the top of the building with roof access and quite literally being so close to the river and Irish sea meant a lot of seagulls resting/making noise on the roof area. The unit description also failed to mention that because it was a roof unit there was a stairwell that you had to climb to get into the unit after going through the unit's front door on the fifth floor. No issue for me or my traveling companion but for anyone that has issues with stairs this should be noted in this unit's listing for transparency.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, and the bathrooms were a good size and one for each room. The apartments are in a nice area of Liverpool. I would have scored higher for the cleanliness and comfort if it wasn’t for the odour, as it was a really smart apartment.

Unfortunately, on our last night we began to notice a very unpleasant sewerage smell coming from the main bathroom. By the next morning this odour was very strong and quite disgusting. I did contact the property, who replied straight away and advised they would get their maintenance man to check this out.

Once I found the office the staff were very nice and tried to help but they knew of the sewage problems in our flat and another one before giving us the key codes. Perhaps other flats weren't available.

Getting into the building wasn't easy at first and no parking to unload plus high costs of parking per day about 1km away. The sewage smell, the very noisy seagulls nesting close by so no sleep, the stifling heat and no fans, ducking to get into the bathroom and not being able to open or close windows. to get our luggage the flat we had to lug it up 15 steps.

Spacious, clean, well kitted out.

No sharp knives to cut fruit and meat with in the kitchen.

lovely modern property, shame I only got to experience it for a few hours.

The water stopped working hours into our stay. we were told we could stay there but there was no plumper available till 2 days later. bare in mind we couldn’t even flush the toilet. so this was not even a viable option. ended up having to drag all our things at midnight to a extremely noisy location. barely got any sleep. not an ideal situation.
