Truly an amazing place to stay. In Philly, it is very hard to find a place that is updated, clean, in a good location, and has parking. This is the only place we found that had all four and it did not disappoint. Everything you need is there - full laundry in the unit, lots of space, central air and parking is a garage!! There are even THREE hair dryers, which should tell you how well stocked the place is! Could not be happier with our time at this gem!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute townhome. Communication was great! We liked having a garage, as we knew parking in Philly can be challenging. Although we appreciated having the garage access, we were not provided with a garage door code. Each time we left, someone had to close the garage door then meet us out front. This was a mild inconvenience. We felt overall the place was clean, but I could not give it a 5 star rating as walking across the floor would leave our feet/socks black. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, but the only spices/seasoning we found to use was salt. If you plan to cook any meals, you will need to bring or buy these. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, but do not expect a full view of downtown or the river. There is a very nice riverwalk just a short distance. We would choose to stay here again.

This property was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The beds and linens were comfortable and the unit was nicely decorated. This unit was well stocked with laundry detergent/softener, dish soap, bottle cleaner, and so much more; nothing was missed. However the bedroom curtains were not dark enough to keep the light out so if you’re a light sleeper, bring an eye mask as it got very bright in our room at 5am during our summer vacation. Also, there is no garage door opener so we had to open the front door, open the garage and drive around to the back to park inside the garage. This is still worth staying in the unit for the convenience of having a parking space in Philly. This is a 4 story unit so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. This place was super comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay here.

This unit was as advertised. New feel and nicely furnished. 3 BR with 3 bath. Private garage was very convenient. Would come and stay again for sure.

The home was just as described. Beautiful upcoming community near a lot of places to have a good time and enjoy some amazing food. We truly enjoyed our stay. There is a small boardwalk by the back of the buildings which is a nice touch. Having the garage was great cause the streets hardly have availability for cars. Qi home was a pleasure to stay in. Just a few things you may want to consider: If you are not use to going up and down the stairs this home is not for you. So make sure you are up to it because you will be using the stairs quite often. The WiFi in this home needs to be upgraded it was 6 of us and we couldn’t all be the our devices and have the tv streaming at the same time. ( easy fix) My only other thing was that the bedrooms didn’t all have black out curtains or blinds so in the am the sun came right in and it was hard to sleep in. (Another easy fix) They are still working in the neighborhood and building up the community so they were doing construction all weekend and started early. I’m from the city of NY so it wasn’t a big deal but just letting you know. Overall I gave this home great ratings because the home is very well maintained and the neighborhood is great

Firstly, the location was basically a construction site. Units are still being built here. Nothing like what you see on the listing. The furniture and fixtures are pretty cheap in quality. Also, Roof patio door was broken already when we got there and could not even used once. Also the patio door was being ripped off by the storm and kept us awake all night. In addition, the property is not owned by an individual, but rather a company ( who apparently does not communicate with each other.) The company advised not to open the door and tried to say the door was ripped off because we left the door open and it stormed that night. Again, the door was destroyed and partially off the hinges upon our arrival. Lastly, on the listing, it says you can park on the street first come first serve basis. We got locked out of the garage because there was a no instruction to not to lock the door leading to garage. We had to park our car on the street. When I informed the company, they did not provide a garage door pin and told us to park miles away in a parking garage since a management tow the cars that are parked on the street. The listing states street parking is available for guest use. Would not recommend this listing.

Excellent property. Very clean. Convenient to downtown and the sports venues. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Lyn was such a great host and quickly responded to all my questions.
