There were cockroaches on the roof of the room, on the chairs, and in the cracks of the bathroom floor. I also sent a message to the hotel asking for them to be removed, but received no response.

We have stayed at various Wyndham properties in the past and by far this was the worse. Room was not clean and had various issues. Bottom of toilet had feces or blood stains on the outside (have picture), bathroom sink had slow drainage (partly clogged), shower/tub looked faded or had glue stains all over, tub drain was rusted, and my wife stepped on some type of needle on the floor (turned it into the reception staff when filing a complaint with the front desk) you would assume house keeping vacuums after each guest departs. She going to see a doctor as a precaution. There was garbage in the hallway and garbage in the parking lot (I have pictures). Will not stay at a Wyndham property again. *Front Desk staff (night and morning) were very professional and did their Best in apologizing for the property deficiencies as well as promptly passing out complaints to upper management. However, still could you make up for the room/properties condition.

The condition of the hotel was dirty and grungy. The rooms were run down, and the shower was grungy. Really disappointing based on the pictures online. We would never stay here again.

The hotel was lacking in the bathroom amenities such as the shampoo conditioner body wash that it usually provides the room wasn’t cleaned well stuff behind the dressers and the entire floor had a weird smell to it and I believe my other half got sick after eating the food there smh and staff was very rude !!

Carpet walking down the hallways was filthy. Rooms were run down. Pillows were all too soft. This is like a 6.5 hotel.

Hotel was decent, our room was nice except for the bathtub was not welcoming at all. The hot water didn’t get very hot. Breakfast was great!

We arrived to the hotel very tired. We got the rest & sleep we needed. The room and place was clean, quiet and peaceful. We hope to stay here in the future.

The property was clean and in a safe area. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The only negative issue I found, was one of the knobs was missing fron the right side bifold door to the bathroom. I would think management would have addressed that immediately.

Staff was very rude when I checked in did not greet nor speak nicely, I called ahead to see if it was possible to check in earlier and he said yes because they had rooms available, upon arrival the girl behind the desk asked my last name and then proceeded to say that I needed to wait till she was done with departures. I came back after an Hour and she was on her cellphone making a personal call and guy that helped me was upset because I was checking in earlier and I mentioned I had called and asked if it was ok he did not care that I did so. Entire hotel smelled like weed and it’s a “smoke free hotel “ !!! Rooms need major updates!!!! restrooms as well it was black and dirty broken shower head and doors have no locks for restroom. Beds look like they are full instead of queen size and the headboard hits you in when you lay down.
