Very well appointed room, convenient kitchen and lots of space. Price was very reasonable.

We have been staying here for the last 15 years. It was originally a Diamond Resort and was bought out by Hilton Vacations. It has been updated with minor changes like linens, window treatments, fresh paint, etc. All the same amenities that we love. We love how close this location is to all of the Disney Attactions. It's literally a few minutes from Disney Springs and super close to I-4 to get to the parks. The only reason I give it a 4-star this time was because our smoke detectors went off multiple times throughout our stay and terrified our 4 year old (her biggest fear is smoke detectors). Although the maintenance was attentive and replaced the batteries and eventually having to entirely replace the smoke detectors, my husband felt like they should have waived the resort fee for the inconvenience. I wouldn't normally make a big deal of it but our daughter was terrified to sleep on her own the entire vacation. We also noticed that the stairs looked like they were falling apart in some areas on the underside. We came after Hurricane Milton and everything was nicely cleaned up and in order. We did notice that the gutter on our balcony was falling off, which is understandable given the storm.

Overall our stay wasn’t the worst. The staff was super friendly but our room was not 100% great. The first night, there were roaches and we found out that one of the televisions did not work properly. The toilet seat was also loose or broken because it would move when we would sit on it. The bathroom itself was nice and spacious EXCEPT where the toilet was. It was the smallest area I have ever seen.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Overall the amenities and hotel were great. I do wish they would do away with the carpeted rooms. They carry a smell and dirty feel. But other than that we will be back. Definitely recommend.

Spacious and lovely! A perfect spot for our family of four to stay while we visited the theme parks in Orlando. Property was well cared for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening.

Room was huge. There were two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with two twin size beds. There were two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all supplies, a living room, dining table and even laundry facilities. It was truly an amazing room. The down side for us was that was that the resort didn’t offer shuttle services to any of the theme parks. The WiFi left much to be desired. The cell reception wasn’t great being on the 1st floor. There is a great pizza deli on campus of the resort and if you need any necessities there is a gift shop. We didn’t try any of the pools but they seemed nice. The resort was a bit pushy to sell you a timeshare at their vacation club. I wasn’t a huge fan of that but overall it was a great stay.

The bartender Marwen is literally the best part about this place. And this resort is great. But Marwen… he is truly special.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned but bathroom was not cleaned well.

Upon arrival we were truly blown away by the beautiful accommodation. Our stay was beyond our expectations. The kind staff, beautiful pool and the comfortable rooms made our stay even better. Thank you and we will come back!

Scenic beauty n high solace. Quite place. Neat n clean place. Ample parking. Good instructions n directions. Good facility with all needed amenities. Super view from deck. Nice backyard walk n boat deck is great.

BE PREPARED FOR A 230$ HOLD THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE BACK UNTIL A WEEK AFTER CHECK OUT! Beautiful hotel. Excellent bathroom. Our room had a jaccuzi tub in it which we LOVED. Everything in the pictures is accurate. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are a little confusing to understand but love the pools and hot tubs.
