The room was pretty big and had a kitchenette area, and it was clean.

It lives up to its name with peaceful, park surroundings. Beautiful reception and high quality food served for breakfast. Felt like being in a grand restaurant. Everything was unique, farm fresh milk and cream. Banquet to savour anyone’s tastes. The amenities in the room were high quality along with robes and slippers. Some unique features of the shower but just a new custom.

The room was large for a Japan property, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located on the street with lots of restaurants and shops. The only thing was that parking was a bit further and the furniture/hotel was definitely a bit dated, for example, the air conditioner. However, they were all in functioning condition. I would recommend this place at the price point that we paid for.

Warm welcome when we rolled up on our bicycles and they even gave us chocolate! Large room and very clean. Room was A bit dated but well maintained and comfortable. Excellent location for restaurants and shopping.

Check out time 10:00hrs is too early while we must clear our luggage before go out.
The main entrance to hotel was closed perhaps due to winter time, however the way entrance to hotel was muddy and covered by snow / ice, you may imagine how guest go in with luggage crossing the muddy and snowy road. I was almost slipped down due to walking on the ice.

A little bit old and does not have elevator. However, room space is big and convient. It takes around 10 min. to walk from Karuizawa station to hotel. Recommand to take a rest at this hotel.
